Great material for word problems
Simple word problems for kids to get extra practice around additions and subtractions. It helps build confidence in kids as they solve through these getting the extra practice they need outside of school work

Great Book/ Tool
Very Good Product. Starts out with easy word problems and they gradually become more difficult. Solutions with illustrations in the back. As a retired teacher, I liked the solutions illustrations feature because different methods are used today and it helped me explain some of them to my grandson.

We’ll structured
I bought it for my 8 years old and we do 2 word problems daily. I like the level of difficulty and the way information on the pages is structured. I used the same book for my older child and now it was time to do it with my younger one and I didn’t hesitate to purchase this book again

Parent Life Saver
Excellent resource for parents who are struggling to solve word problems the “Singapore Math” way. It’s simple and logical and the book shows you step by step how to solve problems with bar models. I have recommended this series to parents of children in my class. It’s an easy way to get parents involved with their child’s studies and monitoring math homework activities.

Math, Grade 3: 70 Must-Know Word Problems (Singapore Math)
I don't get the hype? Homeschooling mom of two here and I have several other math programs but was told time and time again that Singapore was the best. Really? I'm not blown away. They seem like standard word problems you can get anywhere or make yourself. Example: Joe has 99 marbles. He has 35 more marbles than Ellie. How many marbles does Joe have? We are not all the way through the 3rd Grade book so maybe it will improve. I know there are different versions of Singapore math and this may be the American that is altered. I'll try the web site for the next one.
