Elegant Design Flatware, Silverware Set for 8 persons, 40 Piece - Spoons, Forks, and Knives 18/10 Stainless Steel, Dishwasher Safe

Excellent quality!! We use this flatware in our home, and in our short term rental properties. We have been using it for years, and have reordered many times. Color is as expected, and it maintains over the years. Fully dishwasher safe without losing functionality or quality. We would definitely recommend, and we will continue to purchase.

The flatware is very nice and not overly heavy. I have washed by hand and in the dish washer and they still shine! No problems with rust or scratches. I think I got a bargain for the price.

I thought for the price, this is a good choice. The pieces are full sized and have a nice heft that feels more expensive. I ordered two sets to have plenty for a large family. As someone previously noted, the teaspoons are oddly large. An improvement would be availability of matching sets of serving pieces.

Beautiful, high quality dinnerware for a very reasonable price. No burrs or scratches on any of the pieces that I received. Also, the individual pieces have a nice weight, but not too heavy or thick. My wife disliked our previous dinnerware because the pieces were overly heavy and overly thick. They were OK for a man's hands, however. I selected this dinnerware due to its beautiful appearance (nice design and high shine or lustre). I also selected it because it is 18/10 stainless. Ordinary stainless will stain from certain acids (tomato and citrus, for example). Also 18/10 stainless does not rust. It is 305 stainless with 10% chrome for added rust resistance plus the added shine or lustre. The stainless that stains, rusts and loses its shine (lustre) is 304 stainless, and it lacks chrome plating.

I've been frustrated with the plastic-handled silverware that my roommate and I have had in our apartment for years, so I came to Amazon to upgrade them. I'm really really please with my new set of flatware from Dokaworld. They look shiny and high quality, and are much more comfortable than the plastic-handled set I had before. My roommate and I are not gentle on our possessions but these STILL look as good as new after washing them a few times in the dishwasher and in the sink. You can tell the design from the photos on the listing which are accurate... I like the design because I wanted something that didn't stick out too much but felt simple and high-quality. My one comment on the design is that the sizes of the spoons and forks is perfect for everyday use. The listing mentions you could use the box for storage... I would definitely not do this. The box is not that nice and it's better to keep silverware in a drawer anyway. I just immediately threw out the box. In summary, this set is awesome quality, particularly for the price. If you're looking for a standard set of flatware that feels good, works well, and will last forever, check these out!

After reading so many positive reviews - I ordered two sets. As soon as I opened the first box, I was disappointed in the quality of this silverware set. The first thing I noticed is how lightweight the silverware is - too lightweight. I returned the product and ordered Lenox 65-Piece French Perle Flatware Set. The Lenox flatware set is beautiful and high quality. It is also 18/10 stainless steel but looks like it is made of silver. Exactly what I was looking for. The two sets of Dokaworld included a total of eight 5 piece place settings. For the same price as two sets of Dokaworld - The Lenox set includes twelve 5-piece place settings and a 5-piece hostess set

I was reluctant to buy silverware online. I gave it a shot and was very pleased with the quality and the weight on my new silverware. It met all the expectations I was looking for. Very pleased my purchase.

This set of flatware is really good for the price. For people saying they are thin or cheap, what are they expecting? A samurai sword thickness? lol. These are very sturdy and the weight is good. I did have a minor issue with a couple scratches on a few spoons as was mentioned before in a different comment, but the seller shipped me a new set after sending pictures. You can not go wrong for the price and I would definitely buy again even for slightly more. Comparable big box stores sell lesser quality for much more.
