Food -heat-water safe. Pottery saved!
It's not sheer, it's opaque. And looks like fabric paint as far as thickness and application. I did a series of pottery, that had a ton of mishaps. I patched with food-heat-water safe epoxy, and painted over with these. I bought both gold and bronze. The bronze was more complimentary to my glazes. No such thing as a lost cause piece after this discovery! And it's food-heat-and water safe! Win!

Quality control needs to be improved
The first two tubes worked fine. I was able to put fine lines on my decorative glassware. The next three tubes seemed runny. I have had trouble using them. A great product should always react the same when new and fresh from the tube. I am rethinking this product now as I don’t know what I’m getting when I open a new tube.
