We use this price gun to price items and print dates for our prepared food items. Not too clear on the warranty. Amazon site says lifetime - "you break it we fix it" on the box it says 5 year warranty, which is it? I sent an email to [email protected] - no response. Still think the price gun is a great value though.

The level is coming messed up with the ink. Put new roll but It is all coming messed up and black. I would like to return it and get a new one. Thanks
