Good stuff!
Good quality pills. Had my Chinese massage therapist check it out. Her grandfather was an herb doctor in China. She confirmed the quality was excellent. It has helped my arthritis pain. Pills from the orient look like BB’s so I was not surprised.Update: arthritis symptoms gone! Wish I could give this product 10 stars!

This is a bottle of seeds. On the bottle it says ''pills'' but it's a bottle of seeds. No idea how to consume these in this form.
