This works great! I spray and let dry. Lasts a while. No fogging at all. So worth the money to not have to keep buying goggles.

Followed the instructions on the bottle and it works pretty well. One pump in each lens just before starting a swim workout keeps my goggles relatively fog free for a 60 minute session. Not perfect, but far more cost effective than buying new goggles all the time.

Does just what it says. Effective at preventing swimming goggles from fogging up. The bottle lasts a long time.

I was a little skeptical how effective and safe this type of spray would be, but it really works as long as you follow the instructions. You do not need to dry the liquid after spraying like other anti-fog solutions. The thin, wet liquid actually enables you to see quite clearly underwater with your goggles. The caveat is that things do appear more blurry through the goggles when you are above water. But the whole point of this spray is to be able to see clearly underwater.

100% does NOT work. I am completely familiar with anti-fog applications. I figured that I'd try this product.... well to those reading this: don't waste your money and time because this product is completely worthless. I tried every common application process and EVERY TIME I tested my goggles they fogged up almost instantly. In fact, it almost mad fogging happen FASTER.

Been a swimmer on teams for decades. Have used the traditional spit approach since I was a kid. Got tired of it. Tried this product. It works. I spray 2 pumps into my Speedo goggles about 5 min before my workout. I swirl the liquid around in my goggles then set them down to let the product dry. In 5 min, the liquid is gone. I put them on and swim anywhere from a 1000M to 2000M swim which can take anywhere from 30 min to 75 min to complete depending on the workout type. No fogging occurs. I never take off the goggles during the workout. They remain on my head the entire time. I'm impressed.I did try wearing them again the next day WITHOUT putting product on, and they fogged. This confirms what other users have said: you have to apply the product each time prior to your workout. I can deal with that.Only complaint is the cost.
