Chuggington Interactive Action Chugger

The chuggington products are adorable, especially for a blind child, because they talk to each other. I bought some track (not too much -- keep it simple). They are not battery operated engines in the sense that the child has to push them around the track. This is exactly what I wanted. I've had the battery operated and for a blind child it's frustrating that they don't see when they're falling off the track etc. Also I only bought flat track so there wouldn't be all the problems that come with loops and hills for track etc. These were good prices especially for the special things like the roundhouse, engine wash, etc.

I got this for my son since he has a few other interactive Chuggington characters. They are funny when you put them all together since they talk t each other. He loved this Action Chugger, he's one of the more popular characters with kids. May not be such a good buy if you don't have the interactive tracks and other interactive trains.

There are no jet packs, probably because of need for internal space for the interactive components. The jet pack bay doors do open, though. When you end up liking Wilson more than Action Chugger,something is wrong, not fun, and does not get the job done :( On the plus side I don't think my collection would be complete without him so get him anyway if you are a fan.

My 3 almost 4 y/o son is obsessed with these trains and this is his favorite. Re runs around doing the lines form the train which gets a bit old but then he loves it so... The train talks- interactes with the other trains which is cute and fascinating to the whole family. I would say this is a great toy and I wish they offered Olwen as she is another favorite.

we purchased the interactive chuggington railway set for my almost 2yr old son for christmas, the train set included some of the interactive chuggers, which he loves to hear them talk and interact. With him being his age he is able to tell which chugger is talking by the right light on the top of the train. The red light blinks when they are talking. we saw where we could buy these chuggers from this company here. Our first order was alittle over $100 and we recived these train well before our sons 2nd birthday (these were to be a birthday present), we decided to let our son have one of the trains early. He opened the package and the train did talk but the light on top did not light up, i thought well maybe the batteris were weak, so i changed them but the light still wouldnt come on. I went to check the rest of the chuggers we recieved from that company and only 3 of them worked properly. I contacted the company and they said that they would exchange or send a refund but would need to contact amazon, so i did and they refunded my money with no problem and i'm waiting to send back the defective items next week. We decided to reorder just 2 of the trains from this same company again (thinking maybe it was just a defective one from the main factory). I recieved the package today and not to my suprise the light wasnt working on top of them either, so i contacted amazon and am waiting on my refund now. This wouldnt really matter to me but with my son being his age and he really like these train, he keeps pushing the button on the top of the train thinking that its not talking because the light isnt showing up, when the rest of his trains light up and he is able to tell which train is talking. like i said its just a miner defect but you wouldnt wont to pay for a toy that doesnt work just like its supost to, so thats why im not willing to pay for these. amazon said they are contacting this seller about it and going to try to have them take these trains off since they are defective! just pay full price in the store for these trains that way u can test them before you pay for them.

My grandson loves Chuggington. I keep the interactive set at my house so it something special when he visits. We add a little to the set, and have not been disappointed. We were looking for something new when we spotted this one. He loved it.

Chuggington is so much fun & when you put them together & push only one of their buttons they all interact & talk to each other. I purchased for my 2 year old son & he sooo enjoyed this set!

Unser 4 Jähriger Sohn ist großer Chuggifan. Die Loks sind Groß und Farbenfroh. Bis jetzt halten die Farben bei uns auch sehr gut. Das Ankoppeln ist ein bisschen schwer, aber er bekommt es hin, sein 2 Jähriger Bruder leider nicht.Was gerade bei der Super Lok sehr schade ist, dass am ersten Tag schon der eine Flügel kaputt ging. Also er bleibt nicht mehr alleine offen, sondern klappt gleich wieder runter wenn man ihn loslässt. Der andere hält aber bis jetzt einwandfrei und unserem Sohn stört es auch nicht wirklich. Ich kann die interaktiven Loks und Spielset weiterempfehlen.
