This tastes so good. My gripe is to get the taste so good, I have to put a little more water than recommended. I drink it so fast I take in another 24-32oz of water post workout. I tend to drink about 1-2 servings in the hours post workout. Due to the excess water I end up getting up to urinate twice as much as normal. I guess this could be a diuretic, but I don't see anything in the ingredients that jump out at me, so that is why I assume it is the extra water. I don't train elite athlete status, so NO, I don't 'see' a difference. I look about the same, but it has been only about 3 months. I do notice better recovery times. A little about routine: I workout 4-5 times per week. I do a lot of body weight exercise due to prior back surgery. I mix in strength training with traditional weights, steady state cardio like treadmill and swimming. I also mix in some yoga/pose style training with some HIIT. I try to eat as clean as I can, and got this product because I started IF (intermittent fasting) about 9 months ago. I workout early in the morning so with IF I could not long take post-workout protein (ON Gold Standard). My supplement routine is amino energy pre-workout, Xtend post (Can't have too many stimulants and this is stimulant free), ON Gold Standard when my fasting window opens, multi vitamins, fish oil and glucosamine throughout the day. Since starting IF I have dropped about 10-12 lbs. 5'8'' and went from about 185 to 175 lbs give or take.

This is definitely not a miracle supplement, it will not make your skin tingle, or get you extremely pumped to max out on bench, but, it’s definitely worth every penny. Ive been working out for about 25 years, have tried many supplements, protein powders, creatine, etc... this is hands down my favorite supplement. It does not mess with your nervous systems as other pre workouts do, it does not bloat you like other proteins do. This supplement, when drunk during the workout will give you endurance and also help you recover faster. It tastes delicious, I put one serving scoop into 40 oz of ice water and sip it throughout my grueling 2 hour workouts. It’s really fine powder, and really easy to mix, no need for blender, just a couple of shakes and it’s ready. Not only is it great for workouts, but if your working out in the yard, in the heat, sipping on this will keep you going and hydrated. I always use way more water than recommended to make it taste something like vita water.

priced right, taste decent stir well, no after effects

The flavor actually is not so bad but it is too sweet. Artificial sweetener taste... After couple tries, I started mixing the powder with other ingredients or tried adding it in smoothies to soften the sweetness in it but didn’t help much. Stayed in the cupboard for awhile and finally gave it away to a friend. It is not a bad product but maybe not for everyone.

These are great! If you're looking for a top of the line BCAA product that mixes almost instantly and tastes great also, this is one of the best. Every flavor I have tried is good. No grainy aftertaste. I put 1-2 scoops in 16 or 20 Oz water bottles, and after 4 or 5 shakes, it's mixed. No floaters. I use it before and after workouts, or in the morning. When I take it before workout the aminos give me energy to power through, especially on low carb diets or in a caloric deficit.
