The people in the film community that need this particular battery, my not be aware that it exists, up to now they have been using an adapter.

This is a perfect fit in my Yashica Electro 35 GTN/GSN
The battery is a straight drop in, no messing with adapters or plastic plugs and aluminum foil. Just put this in and start using the camera which was designed to shoot with old mercury batteries. I have only had it in for a couple weeks and will update if there are issues with the batteries not lasting long.

Check whether you can use an LR44 instead
If you use this in an older camera, be VERY careful to check it once a month or so. If it swells or leaks, it's a royal PITA to get out.Do you NEED this battery? Adapters exist so you can use a smaller, more modern LR44 which you can get in silver oxide. Look around.

Yashica Electro 35 GSN is back in action
Bought for a Yashica Electro 35. All is working well. Meter was spot on.

No charge
Battery did not come with a charge!!! Very upsetting shipping took longer than normal and I still can’t use my camera, seems like others have had good batteries but they obviously don’t check for duds or test them when there made.

Bought for Yashica Electro 35
Not much to say about a battery. I bought it for a Yashica Electro 35 film camera. It fit exactly and was the correct voltage. Would buy again!
