SUNGRO Horticulture 1490102.Q08P Perlite, 8-Quart

This brand of perlite I’ve ordered multiple times and have never had a problem with delivery or packaging. The bag always comes in great shape and the quality of the perlite is exceptional! Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I mix this with regular potting soil for added aeration. I definitely noticed a change in my plants. I would wear a mask when mixing it in though because it does cause a lot of dust

I amended my arid desert region soil with this for my citrus trees after experiencing mild root rot and very poor drainage. Over all my trees are really digging it.

It's perlite. Always good to add to potting soil, because it adds some nice fluff and makes the soil drain better. I thought the price was good.

I decided to try this product for my soil mixes because this last year or so Miracle Grow brand has sucked. It's been straight up white dust, useless for providing good drainage. This Black Gold brand seems much better with fairly good sized pieces. I'm happy with it so far, the truth will be at the bottom of the bag. What I don't like is the price but it is what it is.

Great product, great price! What can I say, it's definitely perlite. Seems high quality, my plants are healthy and this is a better price than I have found in any bricked mortar stores.

I am reviewing such a simple product because previously I bought perlite at the store and it was basically dust, which is quite useless for plantings. This bag included well formed granules and while some of it had been crushed to dust, the majority of the bag was usable and exactly what I needed for my well draining soil.

My wife and I use this in every planting we do. Tomatoes, flowers, everything responds to good effects of soil that doesn't pack down. It also is good for healthy roots.
