Inov-8 Men's Roclite 282 GTX Trail Running Shoe

I have worn Inov-8 in the past. I find these way too narrow for my feet even though they were listed as medium width.Looking at the label, as well as the men's size, they also lust a women's size. I think this may be the problem.These shoes taper very quickly to a pointed toe box that reminds me of women's tennis shoes.These are heading back, hopefully this will prove helpful to others wondering about the fit. If your foot is like mine narrow at the heel, widening toward your toes, you may have similar issues.

My husband uses them for house shoes, not trail running. He likes that they are very lightweight, very breathable despite the gore tex , very flexible and quiet. The discounted price was great. He likes the roomy toe box height and slightly wider fit.

Excellent shoe that holds up under all water conditions from 20 degrees below to over 100 degrees. Only down side is that the tread has only lasted two years & now in looking for a replacement. You might also be interested that the shoe is very flexible & if you need construction a solid insole will do the trick.

I was looking for a hiking shoe to wear in the wet winter months and with decent tread. This shoe fits the bill on both those points. However, I also need a shoe that has a natural foot shape and don't put pressure on the toes. The toe box is way too narrow, IMO. I have a average-width foot.

Made from extremely high quality materials, very durable, light, easy to clean, and much more. These are the best pair of training shoes I have purchased by far, way better than any of my Nike, Reebok, or Adidas. I was very surprised and impressed with the overall quality and feel of these shoes. Inov8 will be getting my next purchase for a second set here soon.

The all wheel drive shoes. You can use in summer, winter, traveling, walking, running. Most shoes good for one or other but these perfect for me who want shoes to do all. The goretex is not hot in warm weather. And the shoes very flexible, unlike all other goretex shoes. I use Nike Free Flynit size 11. These are size 11 and fit perfect.

This is by far the most comfortable hiking/trail running shoe I've worn. I don't run with it but hiking with the Gortex waterproof material is amazing. It's also super light for those long hikes where your feet start feeling like bricks and every ounce counts.Comfortable, Light, Waterproof.... Everything I could ask for

Just got these and I'm very impressed with them. They are light weight but offer a fairly sturdy sole when compated to something like New Balance minimus sneakers. I can not speak of long term quality but they appear well made. They are very comfortable out of the box. I normally wear 10.5 or 11 in New Balance and Nikes. Went with an 11 to be safe. I have wide feet and pinched nerves in my toes so need a lot of room in the toe box. These fit great. They are plenty wide and the toe box is also fairly high to allow for more wiggle room and thick socks. These are exactly what I was looking for. A light hiker I can wear all the time with a little more support than a true minimalist shoe. Plus they are Gore-Tex so I am sure that they will be waterproof. I think that some buyers were expecting more of a Vivo Barefoot type shoe. Again these offer more support and the toe box may be a little narrower. Not better or worse just different. Inov-8 does make some truly hardcore minimalist shoes, these just aren't it.

my 2nd pairthese are the best out door trail shoeshave a great grip, are waterproof. My feet are not wet after running in long grass and heavy rain.my achilles feels better for it and i use these alot.They're also tough. normal trainers tend to shred as i use these for British Military Fitness classes

Excellent item and service from Amazon and Sport Shoes. Had to order 1/2 size larger in the end. Trainers are light weight, very comfortable and waterproof. Cannot recommend highly enough

The best fit of the Inov8 shoes that I have experienced. Very comfortable with nice appearance. Can be worn as everyday shoes.

Love these trainers, ok the design is not quite to my taste, but the performance is excellent. Have walked through long wet grass with out feet getting wet.

Perfect fit, comfortable and no need to break in the shoe, used straight away for a run and then a weekend at Glastonbury Festival.
