It will load the quilt top and the backing.

Q: Will these work with a Costco fuzzy blanket as the backing? Quite thick

Might be a little tight but should work. You could also baste a strip of scrap fabric to the edge first if the fuzzy blanket is too thick.

Q: i have a 10’ frame but i can later set it up as a 12’ frame. should i buy the 10’ snappers or can i use the 12’ snappers on my 10’ frame?

I would buy the 12 foot snappers if you will be setting up and using your 12 foot frame. The package of snappers comes with six 21inch and six 44 inch pieces so you can mix and match them to the size of your quilt.
