Staedtler Fiber Tip Coloring Pens Double-ended Twin-tipped - Pack 72

Love these markers!

The media could not be loaded. You could use these to draw, color, address cards, anything! They are such a great multi-purpose pen/marker. They would also make a great gift.

I began my venture into adult coloring three years ago with the Staedtier fine tri-tip pens. I loved them. That set had a good variety of colors and the fine tips allowed me to do the detail work I enjoy. Soon I found the need for some thicker pens for use in larger spaces and began what feels like an endless journey into the world of color markers. In the 3 years, I've tried many many markers and have yet to find one set that meets all requirements. I returned to Staedtier thinking that first set was among the best. I have not had good success with this fiber-tip double ended set. The thicker tips are not very useful. The ink runs and actually drips off the tip. The ink bleeds over the lines even for larger spaces. The fine tip is very very fine and really best for outlining or highlighting rather than coloring. The color pallet is bland with 72 ordinary colors. I have really grown to appreciate some of the shades that are a bit beyond primary and pastel colors. I'm afraid this set is a disappointment. I will add them to my collection but suspect I'll only pull these out to highlight narrow edges. The best markers I've found are pricey and only found in art supply stores: Copic or Blick pens.

Great pens - I love this brand. I would have given 5 stars but there are several colors that are so close to each other you can’t tell them apart so I don’t feel like I truly got 72 markers.

I wanted to use these on coloring cards that I do but on a very small application of color the paper was immediately broken down. The range of colors are beautiful but not for use on plain paper or card stock.

I really liked this package of markers, I've just come across a couple of dried up pens.
