One of the best product to release constipation in a natural way. I found it very easy to consume, no damage to the internal organs nd its pure. Just want to suggest if you are highly constipated don't use it eavry day... alternate days are also effective so your body should know how to release the waste naturally. Once your body is on track you an give two three days gap too.... namaste
