Bought this as I suffer from lower back pain and work in a bar; this product was a great help during some particularly intensive shifts. While I was not pain free, it was very bearable when used with ibuprofen and deep heat. I would definitely recommend to anyone who suffers with back pain; the only draw back is that the material is not very breathable therefore you will get very sweaty underneath, not sure if it can be washed or not!
