Love this neck pillow. Used on 20+ hr flight to Australia and couldn't be happier. It's versatile to be used many ways, lightweight, and looks good. Not your usual donut shape, it was nice and comfy whether wedged between my head and the plane wall or snapped around my neck, I was able to get much needed shut eye on a very long flight. I was kinda worried about losing it when attached to my backpack moving thru airports, but it stayed put with the little button. Really like the fabric and the fact that there's some bamboo in the pillow makes it better than less expensive options in my opinion. Thinking this will be a great Christmas gift for all the travelers in my family.

I found this to be soft, but would have liked one more snap so my neck would not lean over on a long plane ride. I thought it was great for lumbar support, but a bit disappointing as a neck pillow.

I hoped that this would have a very close fit around my neck to prevent my head from falling on long flights. I have a small neck, and the tightest setting was still a loose fit, so my chin slipped into the gap in the front when my head fell forward. But the sides are high, so my cheeks hit the cushion and kept me from getting neck pains. Just what I wanted.The memory foam is squishy but still firm enough to keep from giving too much. I prefer this level of support to that of those round, conventional neck pillows.When you unroll it, the cushion is separated into sections. It’s not one continuous strip of memory foam, so you don’t feel like you’re wearing a total neck brace. The cushion behind your neck is flat enough so your head won’t jut forward when leaning against a headrest.Easy to roll back up and secures with a little loop fastener. The cushion fluffs up quickly. Easy to stuff into a bag too bc it doesn’t take much space when rolled.

this was a comfy pillow that was purchased for long flights. It gave very good support while maintaining comfort. Easy to travel with! I was able to sleep soundly!

Very comfortable and gives better support than others. Used the strap to wrap about my backpack handle so it stayed on my carry on while I walked around. Unfortunately zipper broke on second use.
