The media could not be loaded. As a keen mountain biker and also cycle commuter in London I go through bike lights like nobodies business! I either forget to take them off the bike when I park up and they get stolen, or they fall off on a gnarly trail or I take them off the bike and then leave in my desk drawer at work or in a back pack at home. For that reason I tend to buy at the cheaper end of the scale - I don't need high illumination but I do need to be seen when out and about. A nice bright flashing red light and a good quality front light are my prerequisites. I was attracted to this set as the body of the main light is a much higher quality plastic than some I have previously bought - it feels robust and smooth with a good weight to it - it isn't going to break if I drop it or it falls off. However the mounting bracket gets it nice and tight on the handle bars and the rear light has a number of different sized rubber bungees to fit to the seat post. There are some rubber seals to stop the rear spray getting into the light and the USB Charging sockets are covered. Nice set of lights - hope I can hang on to these ones.

The bike light gives a good beam image on the road, very similar to a car headlight. The sidelight feature is also very convenient as it increases visibility in poor conditions but not poor enough to warrant the main bulb being on. I found that the half beam is plenty to illuminate the road ahead and save on battery power. The light is also a lot smaller than it looks in the picture, about the size of an average palm! The only downside I would say is the battery, two hours out of a full charge on highest brightness is hardly sufficient for a long commute home, however, if you use it on the 50% mode, it is quoted to last four hours which is in the means of acceptable.The rear light is fairly standard, albeit very bright. However, to save on battery you can adjust it to a lower setting. It also attaches easily and is very convenient. Overall a brilliant value set of lights with some very good features!

The media could not be loaded. These lights are rechargeable so there are no batteries to replace or loose. The lights themselves are pretty weather proof and fit easily without the need for any tools. Both lights have a single button to operate them and have several brightness settings for use while riding and flashing modes for use in emergencies. The rear light is supplied with several bands for fitting and the front light has a simple twist action to fasten or release it from its bracket. Excess length of the bracket strap can be trimmed if you want but remember to leave a little extra in case you ever need to remove the bracket and re fit it.

I am satisfied with these bicycle lights. I’ve used it everyday for a while now as I’m a cycle courier and I normally get a mixed response because of the brightness of the light especially the front one. But regardless of other people’s reaction, I find the brightness of it to be helpful especially during the night and I have to find a house at an area where there’s not much street lights.My only disappointment is that the USB cover for the front light does not remain and is easily removed from it’s place especially when riding on rough roads which does not help when it’s raining as the charging port can be exposed and water could get in. Another thing that I would hope this product would improve is the capacity of the battery (again, especially the front one). After a few hours (possibly around 2-4hrs) I find the light starting to slowly fade away until it just completely die which leaves me without front light for the remainder of my shift.

Great set of both front and back lights that require no batteries but charging which I do every Sunday ready for Monday. Simple and easy to install back onto the bike. Would definitely get this set again.

I am a bit disappointed with this purchase.I have bought two such front lights over the last 12 months and both have come to the same fate - lost mid-journey, falling out of their mount, presumably while going over a minor pothole or bump in the road.Unable to find afterwards. Only had the last one for 2 months.Good bright light but insecure fitting, and not cheap at nearly 20 quid a go.

NIce and bright.Although I haven't used it on my bike yet it feels well built and robust.Only time will tell how it lasts but I am pleased with the purchase.

Very good light set, headlight is extremely bright and I like the fact that I can also use it as a portable charger. Nice touch.
