A perfect fit
I have ancient single pane metal frame casement windows. It was an exact fit and easy installation. Very grateful to have a working window again.

Good quality and price.
I felt this product was as good as the others I've installed. My windows are unusual construction and I had to shorten the window rod by 1". This can be done by drilling out the button and reinstalling in a shorter location by tapping and installing a 6-32 countersunk screw. After repositioning cut off the excess and round the rod with a grinder. They work fine now.

Garbage. Handles are missing splines and just rotate without moving the window.
As you can see, the actuator axle is splined and has points to engage with the handle so it can be rotated. The handle, however, is MISSING the splines and is simply shaped like a pipe. I ordered a second one and it was the same. Contact with customer service was equally disappointing. No response for multiple days and then they just said return it...after I spent an hour installing two of them.

It does the job. It fit the track, I sprayed a little silicone (for smooth operation) but...there's a little screw that secures the handle to the mechanism....there is some play in it's operation. For the price, I guess I got what I paid for (attention to detail....NO...does what it's suppose to...YES)

I am replacing all of the hardware on my casement windows throughout the house. The Prime-Line brand is the original in my 50 year old house and is a fast, and easy replacement. Through Amazon, it's at exactly the same price as any of the 3 big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, Menards). Which is a huge time saver especially in my case, as I live about 35 miles from the nearest shopping center. Plus, through Amazon Prime, my shipments are delivered to my door in with free 2 day shipping. I would highly recommend this brand to my friends.

Pretty sure it is my fault
They did not work for my window. Since my window uses a teardrop I just thought the square would work. But negative it does not. So lesson learned. At least it was not a super expensive lesson. Other wise it was a good high quality handle

Excellent product
Finally able to let in some airflow.They fit with the holes already on the old windows and just bolt straight into it when you take the old unit out.
