Perfect Fit
Was a perfect fit into my old boat seat base. Pretty sure the wall thickness variations other have commented on is a design feature. My old ones also had the same variation.I would guess the variation helps clamp the seat in place and prevent rotation.Just my guess.

Defective Items. Both Busings
We bought our boat supplies for Christmas gifts. In NY we just had the opportunity for nice weather to put the new seats in our boat. When we did we were unable to get them to swivel even with added pressure. We took the seats off and found these bushings to be defective. Imperfections on the swivel was very noticeable with both bushings being thicker on one side. Obviously it was too late to return our item.
