product is good one, right fit, not so tight, good material. I worn the whole night and felt comfortable enough. At first, I thought it would create heat, uncomfortable, but indeed, it made my sleep pretty good, no sweating. It delivered what it made for.

Surprisingly very comfortable to wear. I am top heavy and have man boobs and massive tire (luv handles) and stomach. 5ft7,290lbs. This product definitely keeps the fat controlled on my man boobs, tire and stomach. It doesn't really flatten out perse but he does compress the fat. Here lies the issue it looks good standing up because everything levels out. But once you sit down all my fat buldes right up like and it's uncomfortable because now all the compressed fat is trying to breathe and get out.So as long as you don't plan on sitting this is great. You are guaranteed to go down a shirt size or two and it will give you an inch lost in waist. But once you sit it's all downhill from there. Remember it compresses fat so once you sit the fat has to go somewhere.The only other con is that it is comfortable once on. But it is a struggle to get on it not a traditional tank top.This likely works better for smaller build guys but they don't need it to begin with. If you are big like me give it a try but there will be some struggles.

This is a must-have for all men. It is well built and stitched, strong and durable enough to hold the upper torso fitted in. wore the compression shirt for 6 hrs plus and still felt comfortable. It provides a slim look, especially in the love handle area. It might have been a bonus for me, but felt the compression shirt provided extra posture support - I felt more upright.

Good price for what you get, but don’t expect a miracle. Helps keep you looking a little tighter, but will not pull in as much as advertised.

This is perfect for conditioning. It’s a trainer and it definitely keeps your stomach in and helps you build muscle and helps. You suck in your stomach when you’re sitting and gives you better posture.
