Works great and looks like a new camera! Highly recommend saving some money
Highly recommend looking into refurbished Canon 80D! I never write reviews... but I had to because I was really skeptical about it and was debating on buying a brand new one. I’m glad that I didn’t! Saved a few hundred dollars. It was wrapped and looked brand new out of the box! Just know that the battery is not charged out of the box, you’ll have to charge it. But again I’m glad that I decided to buy this camera for a much cheaper price!

Battery is not a legit canon battery.
The camera has no scratches or dents and looks new. The box came with the instruction manual, strap, camera body and the lens I requested. I am a little disappointed because the battery that was sent was not a canon battery. It was a third party battery which is unacceptable. I will change my review to 5 stars once I get my canon battery and charger sent to me. Other than that, it was a great purchase.

Very nice camera and few hundreds in savings!
This is my first DSRL camera, I think it is amazing and really enjoying. Initially I almost got a T7i but I’m happy I ended with the 80D, it’s a very nice camera, great quality and with so many features and functions that I am going to take a while to learn everything. It arrived by the expected date and did not came in the original box but all accessories were together and in perfect conditions, probably never used before: battery, charger, neck strap and product manual. I was also able to register the product at Cannon website. But the only reason I’m giving a four star rating instead of five is because the product was announced as renewed / returned product. However there was a letter from Cannon inside the box stating it is a refurbished product. So for my understanding refurbished is different than just returned. So, again, the product seems to be in perfect conditions and saved me a few hundred dollars but the detail about refurbished or returned could be better explained.

Save yourself some money and buy refurbished..you won't know the difference! Excellent buy, the only thing I wish was included was a USB cable to connect to my computer.

Fantastic camera in fantastic condition. basically new. There's no reason to buy an experience new camera when you can get this. Fantastic customer service too. I ended up not needing it but I would recommend
