Very good product wireless connectivity, easy to use , great design , good mouse quality and value for money

The mouse is quite sturdy and is awesome in the hand. Has improved DPI and sensitivity, which makes my work easier. The shortcut buttons are too useful as they can be customised for different needs and different situations. Connects easily via Bluetooth and is fast.

Overall build quality and battery life is great, and can be used on any surface, I used this mouse on glass, and it works seamlessly. Recently I shifted to MacOS and found that side keys do not work on MacOS, so please be careful about it if you are using MacOS, or if you are using Windows then it's the best mouse to get.

Have tried literally all brands of multidevice mice - to connect to my HP Desktop, MacBook Air and iPhone 15 Pro simultaneously - bought 3-4 different models from diverse premium brands, to get seamless motion and easy switch up to all devices - but all through, Dell MS7421W still remained the best purchase ever. Just bought another one, for my daughter this time, for her to use for iPad Pro, Thinkpad and iPhone 13. Again a clear winner indeed! Thanks to Dell for this superlative product!I have used this new unit bought on May 29th for 3 months now - while the first unit I bought was delightful - that is why spent huge to buy another one but am deeply disappointed, The scroll wheel has stopped working freely and every time needs one or the other tap from my palm to start operating. I am really wondering whether I have got the real/original product from Dell this time.Tried to reach out to Dell representative but there is no way to get into the system to get benefit of so-called 3 years warranty as they mention as for me the money spent has gone down the drain in just 3 months. Rating low this time so that the interested buyers stay pre-warned on my experience.

I am coming from another great wireless mouse. The logitech G304 lightspeed. The hero senser in the logitech mouses really are as fast as wired mice, so I was expected noticable lag when I switched to this mouse, but I was unable to notice any lag in dongle and bluetooth mode which is really impressive.Furthermore, the major ability to add two bluetooth devices along with the dongle now gives me the ability to carry the mouse and leave the dongle at home thus was able to operate the mouse on my phone and my laptop very easily.The build quality is also a step up from my previous mouse, even though it was more expensive. The left side is fully covered with rubber which gives a comfortable grip to the area where my thumb is resting. Plus this has more buttons by being able to program the scroll wheel in three different ways. The vertical nature of the mouse makes it more comfortable to hold for a long amount of time as well. All in all, this mouse is very close to a perfect mouse for my use case and covers everything.

I just received the mouse so this is not an in-depth review of the product.The shape and size of the mouse is good. Fits ergonomically in my palm. I have slender, medium sized palm for reference. Out of the box, it was easy to connect the mouse to my Macbook. I have used the mouse for over an hour now and it is a decent mouse. The only issue I see is the mouse wheel feels a bit tacky. There is a play on the mouse wheel and it feels like a mouse wheel that has been use for a long time and it has become loose. Not what I expected in such an expensive mouse. My initial impulse was to return the mouse to Amazon because of the mouse wheel, but since the mouse comes with a 3 yr warranty from Dell I have decided to keep it for now.I will write a detailed review after I have used the mouse for a couple of months. Over all I think it is a decent mouse. Although I would have called it a good mouse if it was priced at Rs. 1500. I bought this at about Rs. 2700.
