I had been using this product consistently for about 3 months before the pandemic. I noticed an increase of energy (especially in the mornings) that stayed pretty consistent throughout the day. Once COVID-19 hit, I started working from home and I stopped taking them for about 3 months. I noticed I was sluggish, not as focused throughout the day, and not feeling as well rested in the mornings, even though I didn’t have to wake up as early. Once I realized the difference, I immediately start taking them again and within a couple days I could feel my energy levels improve and it wasn’t such a struggle to get going in the mornings or stay focused throughout the day. Sometimes you don’t realize how effective something is until you are without it for a while. This is a high quality product! I have used other brands before but this has been the most effective. The energy is sustained throughout the day probably because of the release formula.

It is a tiny capsule, making it easy to swallow. I take it for mitochondrial health improvement; as we age, many of us lose essential mitochondria in our cells, which leads to many problems. Both CoQ10 and PQQ help with mitochondrial health While the forms of CoQ10 and PQQ in this product (Micro-Active CoQ10 and Micro-PQQ) are patented (which means they are not 100% natural) not its best form (ubiquinol) ,they do have advantages: -- Micro-Active CoQ10 has been shown to help CoQ10 travel better through the digestive system, for better absorption; and -- Micro-PQQ slows down PQQ's rate of dissolution, to increase its residence time in your body's system (delivering 9+ hour sustained release to enhance its beneficial affects (per maypro.com). It is also used by Dr I also appreciate that this product does not include stearic acid/stearate, which would otherwise form a biofilm in my gut, making a safe home for unwelcome parasites.
