So my first impression of this scrubs warm up is that the material is like or the same as a lower quality scrub top. When I put it on it went on really easy and isn't tight around my big arms which I love. I know it looks a bit baggy but that's exactly what I wanted because I'm constantly lifting my arms up and when the arms are to tight its uncomfortable and it raises up the jacket but the arms on the jacket are perfect for me. I like how It looks on my body even though it has a box like shape. Its definitely not suitable for every body type as I'm pear shaped so I have a smaller waist then my hips. I love how long this Jacket is. It hits on the right spot in my opinion BUT this is also why I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 because it was to tight around my butt and hip area as you can see where I circled it in my pic.I ordered a Large due to a lot of reviews saying to size down when usually I size up for jackets because I like them to be roomy. This on is roomy on top and not so roomy on the bottom. I love the length of the wrists! My hands get really cold and I love that I can pull the wrists up to warm my hands and the material is very soft on the wrists as well. It has 4 pockets and that's a plus for me. Over all I like this Jacket more than my 50$ med couture jacket I currently have. It's more comfortable and you can't beat the price. I will update my post if anything changes.

Stick to your everyday wear size. No need to go up a size.
Jacket was very nice. The fit was perfect (size medium) and durable. If I could wear other colors other than black I would buy multiple. Definitely a good buy.

Love it!
I definitely would not size up! I found that this ran a little big. I wear a large scrub and the medium in this jacket was perfect. It was a little looser fitting, which I liked.
