POOR QUALITY CONTROL
I was so excited for these chairs (I purchased two of them). However, after they arrived, the excitement quickly turned into disappointment. Once I began assembling the chairs, it became obvious that I received a USED chair as it was dirty and had dry, dead bugs caked underneath the seat (see photos). Then, to make matters worse, the poor quality of the chair became evident when I attempted to assemble the back of the seat to the bottom, which was WAAAAY off and didn’t fit into the predrilled metal holes. But I had a terrific time putting the chairs back into their boxes, processing a return through Amazon, and lugging the boxes to the nearest UPS store. Such a pain in the a**. These chairs are JUNK. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I just put them together, they look nice
Despite the negative reviews on these chairs I took a chance and bought a pair because they fit the color scheme I want and I like the recline design. The cushions are off because ot had rained the day earlier, and I wanted to make sure the rain was done before putting them out. As far as directions go, they really weren't that hard to put together. Some people have noted that the screws don't line up. I didn't have that issue. You can either connect the arms to the chair back first and then screw them to the seat next, Or screw them to the seat first and then connect the arms last. Either way there's going to be a little bit of muscle you're gonna have to put into getting them to fit together. My guess is it ensures the chair is sturdy. I connected the back to the seat first, then connected the arms/front legs next. On one chair I connected the arms before securing the leg portion and used a mallot to push the second arm in place. Chair went together, no problem. There was a struggle to get the screws in, but again, it took a little muscle and I was able to pull the seat and arm/leg together to get the screws secured.Cons: the ends of the arms that connect are a little rusty and I don't like that the "wicker" isn't secured well enough to keep from potentially unraveling too soon. I'm going to glue those wicker ends down to try to prolong that from happening. Only time will tell on the rust issue, but I'll be keeping an eye on that. The chairs sit lower than I expected, and the recline is a little back there, but overall, I like these chairs. I feel like I'm going to get some long-term use out of them and may even replace them with the same or similar style once it's time to down the road.

Can be difficult to assemble, but comfortable once out together
Bought these chairs to go around a fire pit we have. We already had wicker chairs for our dining table so these match our look.Putting them together was a bit difficult as some of the wicker was in the way of holes, some screws were going in on an angle. I made sure to not tighten anything until the end to ensure they were balanced. Only one was a bit off but we’ll deal with it.They’re sturdy to sit on. But I will likely buy thicker cushions for the next year. Over all good deal and I recommend it if you’re looking for a low, reclined chair, especially for fire pits and don’t want to spend thousands on a set or get the typical Adirondack style chair.

Beautiful
Pictures are not only beautiful, but they are extremely comfortable. So comfortable I ended up buying six of them. Highly recommend! I bought two and ended up buying four more! Love the style and comfort. Will be buying more for my other home!

Wouldn't get these even if they were free!
Beyond flimsy!!!!! Screws don't go all the way in to pull everything nice and tight. You see gaps, especially in the front legs and the horizontal section between them.Several areas on each chair that has resin wicker sticking out.But worse than everything is that the front by legs splay out even when an average weight person sits in on them. I have 4 chairs and after memorial day weekend with a small group of people, 12 adults, these chairs are ruined and I was embarrassed. You would must certainly get better quality at Big lots!!!!

Love this chair!
I purchased the three piece set last summer and decided to add to the set, love this set very sturdy and comfortable to relax in. Very happy with my purchase. Love the color and comfort, very easy to assemble did it in like fifteen minutes..added a rectangular pillow to the back for a little extra back support.

Poor packaging will damage this overpriced chair
This chair is reasonable, but priced too high for the quality. The packaging of the chair is pathetic, you will be lucky if it arrives in one piece. When the box arrived the legs where sticking out, and all scraped up from being dragged around during shipment. The wicker was broken on one portion of the chair and the bolt was stripped. The chair leans back a little further than you would expect. It works, since I have it outdoors and weather will beat it up. However, I wouldn't buy it again. It's overpriced and poorly packaged and shipped.
