BEWARE FAKE PRODUCT!!!
I honestly can't give these even one star fornthe simple fact that they are bootleg as ever.In the photo I have the authentic brush head next to false product I just purchased. Notice the 'Philips sonicare' print is askew. REALLY poor quality. Also, the brush head (Top is the real deal/bottom fake) is clearly some knock-off reproduction.I want a refund!

These items were a fake knockoff
I had ordered this exact item back in 2018 and it was legitimate. I clicked on the link to this item from my past orders, and even at the top of the page it had told me that I had "purchased this item on ____ 2018." So I bought them again on March 6, 2019. They shipping envelope that they came in was undamaged, yet the toothbrush head package itself was already opened. On top of that, the items themselves were an OBVIOUSLY cheaper quality and most likely an illegitimate knockoff. I attached three pictures to this review, the first was the original legitimate item, the second was the knockoff, and the third was the opened container that it arrived in.I hope somebody from Philips discovers that this is an ongoing problem, because I see from the reviews that I am far from the first to have this happen.

Garbage fake knock-off brushes, don't buy from Amazon until they clean up their act
I've tried ordering replacement Sonicare heads off Amazon 6 times, every time they've been fakes."What's the big deal?" If I'm paying $10-12 for a toothbrush, it better work really well, and these knockoff heads do not."What problems do they have, why don't they work?" First, they're poorly constructed, meaning saliva and water gets inside the brush head and is very hard to clean out from behind the metal face plate and the plastic brush body. Second, said face plate often times vibrates loose and makes a horrible noise until you reach in there and pry it out. Thirdly, the plastic is soft and can't hold up to the vibration, so the locking cam inside the brush head wears out and you get brush heads that pop off when you turn the brush on.If these trash heads cost $2 each, I might be OK with it, since cheap knock-off products do serve a purpose even if they're a little wasteful. What grinds my gears here is that this is a SCAM that Amazon is willingly participating in by allowing their suppliers and marketplace partners to pawn these off at full price, fleecing Amazon's customer.Stay away from these heads. If you use Amazon for convenience like we do, don't buy Sonicare. The benefit of Sonicare over their Braun competitor is trivial at best, and their brush heads are cheaper and seem to not have this same problem. I regret purchasing Philips Sonicare, and regret using Amazon for these purchases.

Very disappointed with this purchase and wonder if this is really ...
Pieces of bristles were coming out after 5 days of use in my mouth. I have purchased Phillips Sonicare toothbrushes since they were first released and never had a problem with the brush heads until this product. Very disappointed with this purchase and wonder if this is really a Phillips product.

Far better than the original brushes
I have a DiamondClean toothbrush. These brush heads have 3 times more brushing space than the original brush heads. They clean 10 times better than the original brushes, in my opinion. Huge, improved difference! Far better, excellent results!

Top snapped off within a couple weeks of use.
Sadly the head broke??? The top 3rd of the bristles along with the plastic the bristles are attached to broke clean off while brushing my teeth. This has never happened before with any other brush heads.

OMG...FINALLY A FULL TOOTHBRUSH HEAD THAT DOES IT
I had taken a small 6-9 month break with Philips expensive toothbrush heads and used some (not so bad-lesser priced) substitution head. All I can say for my return is OMG!!! Not only was I impressed with the price but these particular heads are incredible! They feel as though you have a full head and not left filling like you are brushing with half of toothbrush. It really fits and completes my Diamond unit. I just might have to consider purchasing a few extras at this price. Overall, these heads feel better and clean better to me than the initial sonicare heads I had used before. Once your try these puppies, you will not want to try another.

Meh. When you get a good one? GREAT!
Pros: I love the Sonicare clean and the way they feel.Cons: they should last longer for how much they cost. One month and bristles are falling out is unacceptable when they advertise 90 days.I have used this brush for awhile now and usually the brushes do last much longer than a month, but they aren’t consistent. For the price? They all should be the same!

Worst Amazon Shopping Experience - EVER!
I ordered a 4-pack of Philips Sonicare C3 Brush heads. I received the Amazon package today (May 16) and opened up the envelope, took out the pack of brush heads and to my surprise, the pack had been sliced open. Instead of 4 brush heads in the pack, I received two USED brush heads!!! I've taken pictures and attached them.I know how this can look - I frankly should have recorded my opening the package but I would never dreamt of this type of situation unfolding! I've ordered these brush heads from Amazon a few times before so I did not think anything would be different this time.I was clearly wrong. An absolutely disgusting experience all around. I would give this experience zero stars if I could, but 1 is the minimum.

Good brush heads
Good brush heads, cheaper then buying in store. Could be less packaging but that is up to Philips to change this. Also, wish you could get more then just two brush heads in one package.
