The test kit is easy to use and you get the results quick. I was first skeptical about the accuracy once I got back the results but only because I couldn't believe that the woman that I've known over 10 years would lie to me about being the child's father. Numbers don't lie and she did! She finally confessed to cheating on me. I am glad I was able to get the results before I signed the birth certificate and authorization for paternity forms. Get this kit if you are unsure if the child is yours!! Saved me 18 years of payment!!

I highly recommend this test. It costs a bit more than others but, working in the medical field, I recognized the added bonus of the test being run by two different teams and that would help to ensure the chance of an accurate result. It was easy to use and instructions were easy to understand as well. The description says express shipping back to the lab but from the envelope I wasn't sure that was the case so I paid $7.95 at the post office to ship it priority mail. The lab received it on time this past Monday morning and this afternoon, two days later, my son had the test results in his email. The cost of the test and the rapid results reporting is worth every penny especially compared to the stress of not knowing the paternity of a child.

Ladies, if there is even the slightest of chance that you are unsure of your child's dad m, please do the right thing and have them tested early on, your child could be missing time that they can't have back and dads are just as important! You owe that much to your baby! Don't wait for 10, 20 or 30 years; your child has the right to know and do does their dad.

Registered the product 1/29 tested the following Sunday 2/3 and shipped Monday 2/4. Currently 2/28 and the only email/text/communication made to me was an email with a case and PIN number. No way to contact them. So after some research, I found a customer support number from the website where you register and have been on hold for over 30 min. Hung up, called back and my current wait time is up to 40 min and haven’t even spoken to anyone. And now because i was trying to be patient for test results, I can’t even return/refund the product. Absolute waste of my time and money

This product is easy to use and the results are quick. The directions are straightforward and easy to follow. Collection was simple as well and I felt confident I got good samples because the directions were easy to follow. You will register your kit online and send the samples back in their prepaid packaging. I received results in 3-5 business days after their logging in of receipt just as they promised. The email I received was written in a way a non science person like me could understand. Thank you Rapid DNA for a good product at an affordable price!I also want to note that I had a question regarding my results and sent an email reply back to them. I received a personal response the next morning. Great customer service!

Let me start by saying this kit was amazing. Very easy to you and the results came back very fast in fact sooner then they told me. We took the test Sunday, mailed it off monday, they received the test Thursdays (we didn't overnight it). They emailed me stating the test would be available on Monday(2 business days of the time they recieved it). We actually got the results that Saturday so it was 2 days early from when they said. The results were accurate and very easy to understand. My only issue was waiting so long for someone to pickup the phone on their customer service line. It took me at least 15 minutes each call. Once it took me 32 minutes just to get in touch with someone. Also our name wasn't on the test. Besides that I loved the product and would recommend it to anyone looking for peace of mind regarding paternity.

I found myself in an unexpected and unflattering position 4 years after the birth of my daughter.
