The material is definitely a cheap rubbery like form, it's got decent stability despite the sheer softness of it.The smell is a little unpleasant but it's started to fade after a few washes.As others have said the tip is a little flat and could do with being tapered more to allow for easier entry but otherwise the toy is great but definitely not for beginners or even moderate users, it takes a lot of effort and plenty of lube to get this bad boy slipping inside
