Item arrived in its original box and the set was in excellent condition. The wall bracket which was promised was not in the box however after contacting the seller they dispatched one next day and were most apologetic. Overall a most positive experience and a great product.

For televisions generally I have a slight preference for LG units, but for smart TVs I wouldn't consider any other manufacturer because their operating system is just so good.Not only is the interface very easy to use, but it has applications for all the main sources that you might want to use, including Netflix, Amazon, NOW TV, BBC iPlayer, ITV, C4, UK Play, YouTube and Spotify.Set-up is easy, though it can take a while if you want to set up all the sources because you have to put in your account details for each one. Once that is done, everything is so fast! Using Netflix on a Virgin Tivo box or a Roku stick involved lots of waiting around but on this TV it is just fast and smooth. Even Now TV is quick.Picture quality is great and the sound is pretty good for a TV. I was very impressed with the sound quality compared to a similar LG TV from a few years back. I do actually have a soundbar connected, but could live with the TV's speakers, which is not something I can say about many TVs.Apart from the usual WiFi connection, there is also Bluetooth built in which can be used to connect phones and tablets to the set or (and this is something I find especially useful) you can connect Bluetooth headphones and not disturb the rest of the house or neighbours with late-night viewing - and not get disturbed by them.I got one of these to replace a non-smart 43" LG television from about 5 years ago that cost about the same as this does.The weak spot is probably the remote. I find it OK to use, and the dedicated buttons for Netflix and Amazon are handy, but the controls for play, pause, back and forward are crammed in at the bottom and I still have to look at the remote to use them. Having said that, the remote is easy to understand and works well so I don't feel any need to fork out for LG's magic remote.
