Libby's All Natural Pumpkin Bread Kit with Icing - Makes 2 Loaves

Libby's is the best, easy to make and very tasty

This pumpkin bread mix can be made into muffins, pumpkin bread, and so on. It contains one can of Libby’s pumpkin so unless you’re going to divide the recipe in the fridge and use it within a day or two you will have a lot of product to bake muffins and Bread mix come out moist delicious, you can add nuts. A little bit overpriced, compared to the grocery store, but you are getting it delivered to your door from Amazon prime so that is a big bonus.

Very good flavor but I like the Krusteaz mix just a little bit better. I still gave it a 5 though. It's nice and dense, the way I like it. There is a spice in it that either is not in the Krusteaz mix, or at least not as much of it. I could smell the difference when I opened the bag. Not that I dislike the spice (can't tell what it is, but not cinnamon), it's just that I'm very picky about my pumpkin bread. FYI, the batter is way thicker than others I have made. I used 8x4 disposable loaf pans which the chart showed would take 50 -55 minutes to cook. They were done when I checked them abt 40- 43 minutes in. The bread was not as moist as others I have made, but maybe that's partially because I probably could have taken it out of the oven several minutes earlier. Full disclosure: I always use milk instead of water and add 1/8 cup of wheat germ per loaf.

Please bring it back. Every time I bake this bread, it gets devoured by family as soon as they get their hands on it. It’s really good and I can’t wait to have it again.

Excellent recipe. Very convenient kit. However somewhat pricey from the amazon retailer that had it in stock at the time.

Follow the directions, super easy! You need two loaf pans! Final product is moist and super yummy!
