Genuine Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Toothbrush Head, 2 Pack, Black, HX6062/95

These are knockoffs! I never leave reviews, but every single one of these heads failed. I did some digging and found out that Amazon is indeed ripping people off with these heads, and they owe me a refund. I purchased a genuine set of heads from Bestbuy.com. Notice the serial number on the the base of the genuine product. Also, the writing on the knockoff (top) looks ridiculous next to the real head ( bottom).

These brush heads do NOT appear to be genuine Philips Sonicare replacement toothbrush heads. I have used them for many years and these do NOT fit and seem poorly made. I am very disappointed and now feel uneasy about reordering from this site.

The left one is what I bought in Star Market and the right one is what I received from Amazon store. The Amazon brush head lost a metal loop that I cannot even fix brush head to my Sonicare. Disappointed.

As mentioned by others, they are clearly fake once they arrive. They don't have the serial numbers engraved on the bottom, they're missing the little circuit piece as well. In addition, the cut of the bristles is wrong, and the colors are dim. Do not waste your money on these... I didn't realize they were fake until I went to use one. Much to my chagrin. Waste of money, and it's after the return window.

The first toothbrush head I used out of the package was dropped pretty bad while connected to the handle. It eventually started to rattle and I noticed rust dripping out the bottom of it when I rinsed it. I assumed this happened because I dropped it and knocked something loose.The second one out of the package pictured above was not dropped but still it fell apart and was rusted inside... Gross!The old version of the Phillips toothbrush heads were fine. But these new ones (BrushSync) are completely unacceptable. I would give this zero stars if I could.Time to find a new brand of toothbrush.

I’ve been using these brush heads for a while and this is the first time they have felt very firm and hurt.

The one on the left is what i received from Amazon. The one on the right is toothbrush I bough from Costco. Several conspicuous details indicate this item is FAKE. The Sonicare logo is vague compare with the authentic one. The sign at the bottom is smaller than authentic. The biggest difference is the fake one has no electric interface at the bottom end, while you can clearly see an electric interface on the real one. The electric interface is for indication of replacement I guess. I used the fake one for several months, it never remind me to replace. Amazon, you should have taken more responsibility to wipe out all fake items!!!

I’ve been using mine for a couple of weeks now and they work great! No problems with the bristles or brush head coming off while using it (some reviews had me worried about authenticity), my teeth and gums feel and look really clean afterwards and I can also see that my teeth are noticeably whiter. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Fake product!!I wish I had read the reviews on amazon.com first. It comes in what looks like genuine Philips packaging but the printing on the heads is weird. The bristles are also different to my heads that came with the brush. It also wouldn't click on, I had to really force it and then there was a gap between the head and the handle.If you look at the silver ring underneath genuine heads they have a serial number. These do not.Amazon, take this product down!

To anyone saying these are fake, you may have gotten a bad batch. This product is linked on the official website.These are expensive, but the brushes are so much better than third party ones. I used off brand ones for a few months and decided to go back to these. These are noticeably better, and make your teeth feel so much cleaner. They are very pricey, but when you have an expensive toothbrush, you might as well spend more on the better brushes to get the most out of your money.

Le testine sono ok. Una stella perchè la scatola è arrivata con la parte di plastica scollata dalla carta per metá. Essendo un prodotto per l'igiene orale la cosa la valuto molto grave... Ho deciso di non usarle. Peccato.

These are absolutely fake ones, never seen authentic ones packaged like this. Definitely gonna return it. So disappointed!

Despues de haber comprado este producto, vi una presentación con mayor número de cabezas en Costco y en la relación precio-cantidad, era mejor comprarla en Costco.
