Ok for a cheap headset
The sound quality is really poor even at full volume it's hard to hear. It says it's duel phone I have to use 2 phones for work and I have to keep connecting it to each phone when I want to use it or if I get a call Which isn't very practical or safe while driving so end up using the speaker phone on the phone itself. The on off tone is so quite and find myself turning it off and on all the time. FYI there's nothing wrong with my hearing. Can't be too disappointed with it tho as it is a cheaper device than I normally have. As I lost my other one and had to get a quick replacement

Bought as a replacement to my last broken one. This is so much better. Good sound quality and I can also control my tunes to save me having to switch ear buds etc. Comes with different sized ear hook to fit most ears. Can be switched from L to R

Volume
Although this earpiece is comfy to wear, I find that the volume is not very good. I've done everything the instruction manual said about increasing volume but people are still saying they can't hear me very well. It's a nice looking earpiece but the volume is definitely an issue for me.

OK Quality, Not loud enough and poor voice call quality.
Just isn't loud enough at max volume. OK most of the time but I would not buy again because in noisy environments it's hard to hear well.

I am a lorry driver and use hands free a lot for long conversations, battery life is very good. This particular product is easy and comfy to wear, sound quality is really good. Happy to recommend this item.

It does just what it says on the tin!
I was looking for a Bluetooth earpiece that was old school and this fits the bill perfectly, simple controls, no fancy stuff and it really does the job, very pleased with my purchase.
