Omg, I adore this. Was a Mother’s Day gift from my hubby. I am SO fussy about the temperature of my coffee, and I have 2 young kids. So it always seems like the coffee is too hot or too cold and I just endlessly heat it in the microwave. I have an Ember travel mug for work, but for whatever reason I really don’t like it for home. I just really like using a traditional mug. This gives me that mug feeling AND keeps it the perfect temperature the whole cup. It makes me stupid happy EVERY DAY. Sometimes it’s the little things....LOVE IT!

My wife tried one of these during a visit with friends, and RAVED about it…so naturally, I ordered one. She was THRILLED, and has loved using her own Ember coffee mug!

I originally thought this was a crazy expensive purchase. It was bought as a gift for someone who asked for it. Well now I want one. It really works well for my heavy coffee drinker. He is a technical guy who just loves managing his coffee temperature. Battery life is long and it notifies you on the iPhone that it needs to be charged. Great gift for someone who has everything.

I got this in August and it has been nothing but trouble. First it will not stay hot! Douse not work! Contacting customer service is a joke it takes them weeks to email back and they keep saying to update it or further diagnose. I have spent way to much time on a product that will not work. After 6 times of the same run around I told them will not spend more time trying to do the same thing they asked me again to update the firmware again. Its a great idea but this company douse not build a working product and it douse not stand by junk they send out. I just thew it in the trash I am so upset with this purchase!

Makes coffee drinking more enjoyable. I have one at the office and my wife and I each have one at home. At home I copper and she is black. We love them. Thanks for a brilliant idea and solution to cold coffee.

Received one then immediately purchased one for a gift!! Love it!

This is my third Ember mug. I first got a white one a year ago for Christmas. Within a couple weeks the white paint on the bottom inside started to peel off. I contacted customer service and had a free new mug within a week!This one lasted for a year (2 fills a day M-F) and then the paint again started to slowly chip away. Also one of the charging pins in the coaster got stuck down and I needed to improvise with tin foil to make a charging connection.But when it works, this thing is great! I usually take about half an hour to drink a cup and it stays nice and hot at 140 deg. Battery life is OK, if I don't charge it between drinks, it may be empty after an hour or so. The app is pretty nice and I can check the battery status and temperature easily.Now I got the copper one which looks awesome! No issues after 2 months and I hope it stays that way.

One of the coolest mugs ever! The battery life is outstanding. My tea stays at the temperature I choose until it’s gone. Would highly recommend as a gift or even for yourself.

Very very good mug

I’m U.K. based so had to purchase an adapter plug in order to use it BUT other than that it’s an great cup, I’d of loved for it to have been slightly bigger but as a new mum just being able to drink a hot drink between nappy changes, wash loads and cooking dinner is a major plus I’d definitely recommend

Doesn’t hold charge at all, nearly £150 down the drain very disappointed
