First shipment arrived broken. After returning that and receiving the second shipment, it lasted about a month before it broke as well.

Seller was very responsive when I reported that the dispenser had arrived damaged. I give 5 stars for that. The dispenser is good looking. I wish the opening had been better quality.

Now up to me to take time to mail when I am gone all day every work day.

We had the same experience as another reviewer. Beautiful product but it doesn't dispense anything, pump doesn't work.

Another lovable product from this set. This one's darker color is much easier to attain (the pictured image is more of its "wet" color, otherwise it's a light slate grey) since wet hands will be going after it longer than not. It makes it an absolutely gorgeous piece.I had a little bit of an issue with the pump that came with it, but the seller I worked with was very quick to send me a working replacement +1! This gives me the impression (although I cannot confirm with 100% certainty) that you can pretty easily attain replacement pumps if for some reason it gets worn out or you don't like the chrome color anymore.I adore this product and the set it comes with. It's sturdy, heavy, and is gorgeous.

I was looking to add a classy soap dispenser to my kitchen. (The base color is black granite, specifically, UbaTuba.)This dispenser has been a great compliment.Two minor issues: The pump is decent, but not great. Perhaps I should have cleaned the stone interior before use. as It seemed to deploy some sedimentation.

The dispenser is quite good looking! The pump is broken. I would like just a new pump rather than full return and replace though. I would have contacted company but unsure of how to do that.
