Pretty, Pricey, Firm, Longevity is Questionable

I am concerned that there is not enough support for converting the couch into a bed. There is a slim area on the particle board for the front part of the bed/couch to rest on. Also, the front porion is not as comfortable as the back. The front cushion is very firm and uncomfortable to seat for a long period of time, but perhaps it will get better with usage.

Dissatisfy with this product

I have found this sofa has manufacture damaged, which I reported same day and didn't receive any feed back!!!!I took a picture for this issue and still no response yet 😣I do not trust any more again to buy this kind of product.

I Like It

I bought this futon sofa from another vendor about six years and I still really like it. It looks beautiful as a sofa and it's very comfortable when open as a bed. It's as sleeping on a real mattress. The huge storage compartment at the bottom is a plus. This is a great price because I paid a lot more somewhere else.
