First, there's the initial twinge in the morning. How many of these you take (it recommends between one and three) will determine the level of urgency you'll experience as you walk...or sprint...to the nearest facilities. The other side is on the way in about six hours. And when it arrives, it asks for no quarter and gives none in return. Oh, and it will be the victor. Have no doubt. If you're on the phone, don't take time to say goodbye or even hang up. Just drop it and run. Run. If you're out in public...oh, sweet mother...I'll say a prayer for you. If you're on a date, well, that person is the one if you ever see them again. Seriously, if they call you afterwards, just propose on the spot. Life's too short.Let's just say that deciding to take this before an airplane ride or road trip would be a colossally bad idea.*******Okay, on a more serious note - this is good stuff. The pills are about one-third the size of a Sudafed, so really tiny. Just amazingly easy to take. And in about twelve hours, you should start feeling the effects. It recommends one to three pills for adults, and you might not want to jump right to three. I took two the first couple of times, and lived through the above. One pill actually works pretty well for me. Three pills...oh, my. Think of the number of pills like the Richter scale (well, Sphincter scale, really). A three on that scale isn't just three times as strong as a one - it's a hundred times as strong. Okay, sure, I'm exaggerating - but I'll never take three again. Ever. Okay, maybe if I get bored, but only then. My stomach hurt for a good 12 hours the next day. Then again, maybe that was just hunger given how I probably had no more food left in me. Or my appendix. Eh, who needs an appendix?The closest I've come to this experience is using Dr. Schulze's Intestinal Formula #1 and also his Bowel Shots. Those also work really well, but the Formula #1 can take a few days before you get the dose right, and the Bowel Shots - eeeee - those are hideously bad to choke down. Oh, they work. If you regret that second piece of cake that you had, you know that one from the mid-90's, that stuff will get rid of it. However, these Dulcolax work just as well for me and are soooo much easier to take.So, YES, I highly recommend these. Highly. If you're a little backed up, or want to do a little periodic house cleaning, or heck are just at home and bored - totally give these a try. At the current price of $10 for 50 pills, that's an absolute bargain - and about that, I'm being totally serious.Update: After buying two sets of these (to help get to the minimum for an add-on item, so 100 tablets total), I noticed Amazon sells a 100-Count pack of these for about $15 that also has a Subscribe & Save discount option. So, you can get this even cheaper if you buy that large pack.

My experience with these are a little different, I'm a paraplegic and have to try to do a lot to keep myself regular because I have different difficulties regarding bowel movements. I have to take stool softeners and senna daily.If I get really backed up and haven't gone in like 3-5 days, I bite the bullet and have to take one of these guys. I say one, because that's all you'll need. It will eventually work, and when it does, it's like an exorcism for your stomach. I notice a significant amount of stomach pain for more than a few hours after taking one, and that's with even taking some pretty strong anti-nausea medication. It will pass after maybe 4-6 hours or so.What will also pass, is everything you've ever eaten in the last two weeks lol. It's quite an experience - you never knew the human body could hold that much quantity if something until you experience it. It's like the body's equivalent to watching the Thanksgiving day parade on fast forward.Deducted a star for the stomach pain, but can't fault it for doing what its supposed to do. If you want all the benefits of a colon cleansing without the hassle of a stranger sticking a tube where the sun don't shine, these are for you.Ignore the recommended dosage. Seriously, you only need, like, one.

It was last night that I decided to take one of these small yet powerful tablets. After reading many reviews I was hesitant because A) the reviews had me thinking that if I wasn't by a bathroom then I would die and B) that I would have such horrible stomach cramps I wouldn't ever want to take it again. So now to my review, I took one of these tablets( that's right 1) last night before going to bed and I awoke this morning almost forgetting that I had taken it last night because there wasn't an omg I need to crap feeling or anything like that. So after I woke up and had some cereal I felt an urge to go, not massively mind you just that I could go if I wanted to. So off to the bathroom I went and a few minutes later I was done. No massive cramping like the other reviews said, I felt it a little bit because I was still straining a bit to go. But nothing like the other reviews said. And 10 min later I'm done! So all in all these tablets do work good but I'm sure that the other people who took them and had stomach cramping took 2 or 3 of them(granted it does say take 1-3 on the bottle) without first taking 1 and seeing how you would do...

The yellow left one which I buy on Amazon is not working properly.. But the white right one which I buy in Mauritius is the best one which work perfectly... so sad it's the same cause both call Ducolax laxatif

I didn’t get the complete value for my money it was supposed to be 2 boxes and I only received 1 box so I cannot give this 5 stars for the value.
