Southern Gourmet Heavenly Lemon Pie Filling Mix, 7.5 Ounce Box (Pack of 6)

Easy to use.I made bars.Here's what I did...CRUST-12 Pepperidge double milk chocolate cookies (through Amazon) with 2 tablespoons of very soft butter ground to make crust. Pat into 8x8 lined pan and bake at 350° for 10 min.FILLING- Mix together Key Lime mix, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 Cup water, 2 egg yolks, 1 Tbl. Key Lime Juice, 1/3 C sugar...pour into med sauce pan on med heat and stir until bubbling and thickens. Pour on top of crust and refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving. Top with powdered sugar.Apparently some people added green coloring, but Key Lime isn't green.

We eat both the Lemon and the Key Lime and both are fantastic. Easy to make. We add more lemon juice than what is called for in the Lemon Meringue but I like it very tart. Wish I could get these local, but online is the only source for me. Great product which we've bought many times.

I used this stuff to make key line pie and the girl friend bragged about it. could not find it in the store. found it here,, great pie.

Delicious. Easy to put together, thickens right up, and makes a lovely pie. I usually make it with a graham cracker crust. The mix turns green, so you will have a green pie, but it’s not unnatural or unappealing. Usually needs 2-3 hours to set in the fridge, and then enjoy!

Thought I was buying a can, but had to add ingredients & cook it! Too inconvenient.

I hadn’t had key lime pie since I was a kid, found this and decided to try it and I’m glad I did. Went and bought more of it. It’s really good especially if you like it a little on the tart side. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the worst Crème Brulee Mix I have ever had. It tastes like a custard with no flavor and the topping is a powder not real sugar. I will never buy this mix again. Dr. Oetker Crème Brulee Mix is the best!
