Super soft
At first I was pretty bummed I got someone's return. No tags and literally in a wrinkled ball.Amazon returns are a 45 min round-trip ride so I kept it. Washed and dried it. Super soft very nice shirt.Hopefully you get lucky and get a new one.

You can’t go wrong with these TOOL shirts
I’ve ordered all 3 and wear them all the time. Really soft and light and they look,fit and feel better than shirts double their price. I’ve probably got 10 Tool shirts from concerts and honestly the quality of these is better. I don’t like the thick material most of them are made from. I only had one problem. I ended up buying 3 more because I couldnt get my 10 year old daughter to stop wearing mine.
