Parts shown on video do not show arm resistance straps—are they included?

It comes in a large box with all the parts included but they need to be assembled. Assembly services are available but you have to pay extra. Happy cycler.

I dont see a weight capacity for this in the description. What is the maximum weight limit for this?

The weight capacity is 300 lbs. Also I was thinking maybe a bike seat padding/cushion something can go over the bike seat to make it little more comfortable for those who may have a little more booty in the back.

Can a person 4'10" ride this bike

I'm 4'8" and it just a bit too tall for me .. a tiny bit. I make it work though because it's the best I'm going to find at my height. I think 2 more inches would make it work perfect, so 4'10" would work.
