Excellent quality signals that really look the business on my layout. Had other makes that were too dim or too bright but these are absolutely perfect. They look absolutely brilliant and at an amazing price. Would definitely recommend 👌

Lovely lights, great deal!
Lights work great, no moulding marks or burrs on them. Supplied with a resistor on the positive (black) wire. These are a fraction of the cost of similar lights from model railway specialist stores. Only slight moan is that the wires are slightly visable at the top but as these are to be painted, it is not an issue.

Was good, now not so good
I purchased some of these last year from my model railway layout, and was very pleased, worked well, easy to install and looked good - giving them a 5 star review. Purchased a further supply March 2025 to continue with my layout and they have changed, unfortunately not for the better.The heat shrink that protected the cables existing the signal pole has been removed leaving the cables exposed and unprotected when being to the underside of the layout.The cables themselves have become much thinner and much harder to strip cleanly and extend.Additionally the heat shrink covering the cable attached to one side of the resistor has been increased in size to allow the whole resistor and well onto the on wire on the second side. This makes adding a cable to the second side of the resistor difficult. The heat shrink tube is a bigger diameter to cover the resistor and thus does not shrink down onto the wire. In the end I just cut off the supplied resistor and fitted my own.The old style is the one on the left in the image and the new, on the right

Great value little signals.
Great little addition to a model railway. After painting them and a bit of weathering in they look ok, work well and add another bit of fun to running the trains.

Wires stick in from underneath the base board
I expected the wires to stick out from the side so I could easily place the bases on a table. However, the wires stick from underneath the plate, making it so you have to drill holes in your model to put these.Not exactly what I was looking for.The quality is nice. They look rather detailed for the size.

Easy to install
Replaced older lights with filament light bulbs.Good representation of signals,easy to install,through baseboard,one hole,hidden wires.Lights meant for 12v DC !.if older 15v AC supply insert diode in series with black lead,one with resistor.Worked for me.Well pleased,50 years a modeller.
