These are what the say they are - Neon Green bright sticky spots.
Bright green sticky spots, The only criticism is that it comes in a plastic wrapping that is too tight and cause the sheets to bend into a U shape. Not disastrous but why not use a paper wrapper or better thin card. Would I buy again? Yes
