Works great no pain if you're well hydrated!
I absolutely cannot go without this laxative! Warning: drink at least 64 oz of water daily if you don't want stomach cramps. If you don't hydrate well you will get painful stomach cramps with any laxative even the ones that say he won't. I needed these due to medications I'm on periodically and, because I drink the daily recommended amount of water, I never feel even the slightest bit of cramping. However, others who do not hydrate as well as I do or even half as much as I do it is a little painful for them. It works either way but I prefer no pain so that's just a tip to help anyone needing this product because it works perfectly with the right amount of water.

It works!!!
This stuff really works!!! It says "works within 6-12 hours" but at 6, it was ready to work. I'm definitely happy with this purchase. I was getting a little worried about my situation. Glad I found this little gut helper. And the price can't be beat for a product that works.

Even GLP-1 constipation is no match for this stuff!
I’ve had lifelong issues with constipation, and since starting a GLP-1 medication about 2 months ago, my typical issues have gotten so much worse. There’s a few things that usually help me, like milk of magnesia, super aloe 450 capsules, and senna Smooth Move tea. Unfortunately those weren’t even touching this new ultra-resistant constipation. Milk of mag did give me diarrhea, but I could still feel that “unempty” feeling, if you know what I mean. I also tried a couple fleet enemas, and they helped, but there was still a lot of unmoved stuff I could feel.I ordered these out of pure desperation because I’d also added in mag citrate, metamucil fiber, Mag07, etc, and all that stuff was doing absolutely nothing. It’s important to recognize that while I’d have intermittent success with magnesium giving me diarrhea, it had now been about a week since I’d had any real considerable luck clearing out down there. Yesterday, I got these tiny tablets and took one around 1 pm. No real effects quite yet, and I doubled down on some magnesium (as I’ve been doing for weeks now) and naturally, I was getting discouraged and thinking this is another useless product but I had nothing to lose. By 11 pm I was convinced I needed to take a second tablet as I was about to go to bed, and since 10 hours had passed, and the magnesium wasn’t working, I took another tablet and went to bed.Around 7 am this morning, I had that familiar urge to go, and although I had low expectations, I obviously went to the toilet and within seconds I was shocked at the outcome.Lots of hard stool that had obviously been sitting for a while in there FINALLY moved out. Lots of watery stuff came out too, but lots of hard (somewhat painful, so maybe add in a stool softener as well) “stuck” material was finally getting out. After a 2-3 more little sessions of emptying today (it’s 2 pm now) I feel that cleaned out feeling I’ve been chasing for weeks now.I’m absolutely going to use this product in the future, if need be, but I intend to stay a step ahead of the constipation now by taking Miralax, fiber, and maybe some “maintenance supplements” like magnesium and aloe so that I’m never this backed up again. But I truly feel like everything I’ve been doing over the last 7-8 weeks was gonna continue not working for me, and as a long time sufferer of constipation, I was getting desperate. I’ve been to the ER for this issue in the past, and even at that point the enema they gave me did nothing. I was sent home with a colonoscopy prep beverage. I do truly believe that if I’d had an effective product like bisacodyl, I could have avoided that terrible experience altogether. And obviously take all of this with a grain of salt, I think a lot of people who took two or three tablets at a time had horrific results, so it’s probably best to start with one, and maybe if 8 to 12 hours pass with little to no effect then add in a second tablet. That’s what I did and I finally got everything out that I’ve been suffering with for so long now. Best of luck to anyone going through the same awful side effects, whether or not you’re on a GLP-1. It’s worth a shot!!

Oh the #$% colonoscopy
You are told what to buy OTC. This had the same ingredients and percentage as the name brand at less than half the cost. It did what it was supposed to.

Watch out for broken pills!
This was a good price but I’ve found 3 broken pills so far. You don’t want to take broken pills!!! These are “enteric” coated so they don’t dissolve in your stomach but your intestines. If this product dissolves in your stomach you will have awful cramps. This will also happen if you consume it with alkaline substances like milk milk of magnesia anti acids and anything with a PH above 7.Trust me I used to take this stuff with milk of magnesia and didn’t understand why I had such awful cramps? Luckily it has a warning now. However that all goes out the window if the pills broken with an exposed portion.Even with the few broken ones the price is still good. However I don’t think most people would think twice. It won’t kill you (o believe not a doctor, however it will give you some pretty bad cramps that could have you out of action for 2-3 hours. This stuff is generally overpriced for how cheap it is to make. I use do to get bottles of 25 at the dollar store. Just be careful people I had to try. If you consume alkaline products or find this one too problematic try exlax or senakot both are “senna glycosides” often called “sennosides”. Exlax is coated but in my experience don’t have such issues (sennakot isn’t coated at all).
