Q: my cabinet is opening measures 15"Wx 20.5"H and the interior of my cabinet is 22"deep and 43"in full length. Will this fit?!?! Thank you!!

The height may be a problem. Mine just barely squeezed into a 20 5/8" opening. I was prepared to trim 1/4" off of the face frame. You may have to do that. Also, we banged our hands when they were wrapped around the handles. I took them off. We pull it out using one of the wire racks. It is a tight fit, put for us, it was definitely worth the effort.

Not reversible. Order the right side blind specifically.

Yes. I have an 18” door and it fits fine. The overall width of both drawers is about 32”, so you should have enough width.
