Retro but new
I got this mouse to use at work. My new department allows people to customize their setups a little, and I wanted to go a more vintage PC beige route. This mouse came up, was fully wired (I hate wireless), and was very affordable. It arrived in a very plain box, but also included a USB to PS/2 adapter. This is great if you have an older PC/motherboard. I will be using the USB end myself. I found this mouse to have a good size (a lot of generic mice seem extra small now) and the buttons clicky and responsive. Mouse wheel works exactly as you would expect. It's a mouse and it works well. It is not very heavy, but seems well made enough to be your daily driver. I highly recommend getting this and pairing it with a vintage style keyboard so you can have some 90s PC aesthetics.

Overall Excellent Mouse
This mouse is not only responsive and usable, it just feels good in the hand. Best of all, it has that retro look I was worried I wouldn't be able to find. The mouse comes with a PS/2 connector for anyone wanting to use it with an older computer. The scroll wheel actually lights up red which I personally find to be delightful. If you're looking for a retro-style mouse or even just a mouse that's all practicality, no frills this is it. The switches on the right click, left click, and scroll wheel all sound different and amazing (though I suppose what else could you expect from a Cherry brand mouse. (Yes, I'm going to be using it for gaming and it seems to be up for the task.)

Not the typical cheap mouse
Inexpensive but vastly better quality and feel than most OEM wired mice. Good size for larger hands.

Got large hands?
The size of this mouse is perfect for me. I like that it is longer than most computer mouse's because I have long fingers. I measured it at about four and a half inches in diameter, two and half inches width, and an arch of about one and half inches. The red light brightens when the mouse is moved and electric "white noise" sound can be heard if the space you're in is quiet enough and your ear is close to the device. The clicking with the mouse feels solid and tactile with a profound vintage sound that requires slightly more pressure than modern mice and it functions well without any stickiness. It is compatible with my laptop and comes with a plug for older tower PC's and I am very satisfied with the value for the money I spent. This mouse is my daily driver for work and casual use. There are skates on all four corners on the bottom of the device for smooth gliding, even on an antique wooden desk without a mouse pad. The laser is accurate and precise at the slightest touch. There *is* red light bleed (the red light inside the device shines through the shell) but I do not find this inconvenient, nor does it change the way I feel about the product in any way. In fact, I think it gives it personality and sets it apart from other mice on the market. While your computer is turned on, the mouse stays lit, making it easy to find in the dark. I have been using it for a few months at the time of this review with no issues.

Oldschool Quality
While the LOD is somewhat high, this mouse has surprised me overall. It's been a fairly reliable little mouse, even for gaming. I've put in hours and hours on Doom, Quake, Battlefield, and many more with this mouse and has yet to disappoint. Each button's click is strong, and has yet to give me trouble (i.e. phantom clicks, not registering at all, etc). The wheel still scrolls as it should. It's very lightweight, and comfortable to use for long periods of time. I paired this mouse with a Perixx Periboard 106, and they compliment one another nicely. All that said, I must say that if you're looking for a more competitive gaming mouse with significantly better DPI and LOD, I recommend the wired Razer Deathadder. I really feel the Cherry M5400 should be priced lower at $9.99 considering there are some really great mice out there in the $20-$30 range. At $9.99, I'd be tempted to buy two more. Not a bad mouse at all.

90's style workhorse of a mouse
I got this mouse to go with my Unicomp Classic keyboard. Like other reviewers said, it comes with a female USB-A to male PS/2 port adapter, which is a very nice bonus. It works extremely well, its full sized and fits my large hands very comfortably, and the cable is very flexible with a soft rubber insulation, which is fantastic because way too many mice come with stiff plastic insulation on the cable. For $15 you probably can't get a better mouse, and as far as my research suggests, you can't find a mouse that has this look anywhere else. This may be the last 90's beige mouse on the market. It would be nice to spend $20 and get an IR laser instead of a bright red laser, but this is more of my own preference than an actual complaint. 5/5 mouse, the body feels thick and durable, the clicks are stiff and audible but easy to actuate, and is likely the best $15 mouse on the market.

The current fashion is for small mice. Like deliberately ripped jeans, saying 'So...' at the beginning of every sentence, and weird gin, it's a daft fashion. I have medium-size hands and this is really comfortable to use. It falls naturally into position. Switch weighting and wheel clicks are just right. I unplugged the old one, plugged this in, and it worked. What else do you need to know? If you consider a mouse as a fashion item, look elsewhere, if you just want a solid, thoroughly functional bit of kit, you've found it.

Recomendado 100%.
