Though by the pictures it was the whole mask with a medium pillow. This is only the pillow. T

Did not fit husband's cpap
I am very upset that I have a product that because I opened it to see if it fit my husband's cpap cannot be returned. What am I suppose to do with this item and the money I spent for something that I have no use for? All you have to do is put it in another plastic bag and reseal and sell. I will never buy from your company again or even recommend others to your company.

I'm not sustified I was waiting full mask not a cousion
I was not expecting this i though it was complete face cover ,its not just a replacement coushiion
