Wacom Flex Arm for Cintiq Pro 24 & 32

Great addition to my Cintiq. Made my work much easier.

I can't believe how many people have written great reviews for this. I really suggest you read this before considering this product. Ill try and keep this as short as I can. Firstly, you need a real thick sturdy desk to handle the weight. or the desk is gonna buckle and bend. But the biggest issue is the arm itself can't handle the weight of the Wacom pro 24. It constantly bounces or gives way. and believe me I've played with the adjusting it. meaning you have to be soooo light with your touch on the screen. which means it ruins the pressure sensitivity. Im really light handed, and I have an issue. I dread to think what someone heavy handed would do to this. Honestly, biggest waste of money. Don't be fouled by it. Im gonna have to buy the other stand. And you probably will too if you buy this.

Not sure why some reviewers say this thing is stable or steady - it is anything but. When drawing the entire thing shakes way too much. Even when the tension has been tightened a ton, the Cintiq wobbles. Very disappointing.

アーム可動・モニタ角度どれもスムーズで文句なし！ 奥行60cm〜70cm程度のデスクならモニタを机から張り出させることもできますし、机に接している部分があれば全く揺れないので快適です。 難点としては、説明書が多言語で羅列・日本語の記載箇所が離れているため調節方法を探すのに苦労しました。 組み立ては図解されているので問題ないですが、調節の箇所がわかりにくいので要確認です。

La qualità di questo braccio è fuori discussione e il suo costo, oggetto di tante discussioni, questa volta non mi è sembrato irragionevole. Sostanzialmente si tratta di un Ergotron HX ritargato Wacom, che di suo aggiunge l'adattatore vesa: se sommiamo i prezzi dei due componenti arriviamo ad una cifra finale perfettamente coincidente con l'esborso che questo Flex Arm richiede. Chiusa la parentesi costo veniamo ai (tanti) pregi e i (pochi) difetti. Assolutamente robusto, sostiene senza alcuno sforzo i quasi 8 kg della 24 pro, permettendovi di posizionarla dove più vi pare. Ha un'estensione tale che, montato su un piano profondo 80 cm, permette di poggiare il display oltre il bordo anteriore o, nel caso siate salutisti, sfruttare la posizione più alta per lavorare in piedi. In quel caso (e solo in quello, quando il display poggia sul piano non soffrirete di nessun movimento indesiderato) qualche oscillazione la noterete, poca cosa ma ad alcuni potrebbe dare fastidio. Naturalmente l'ampiezza di queste oscillazioni è direttamente proporzionale a quelle della scrivania su cui è montato. La mia è quasi inamovibile quindi quelle che avverto sono solo minime scosse di assestamento. Se però l'assoluta stabilità e per voi un requisito fondamentale dovreste prendere in considerazione lo stand, sicuramente più solido ma anche molto più ingombrante e meno duttile. L' unico difetto di questo braccio, ma è più che altro una mancanza, è l'impossibilità di montaggio a foro passante; il sistema a ventose, per quanto ottimo e decisamente solido, potrebbe non adattarsi a tutte le scrivanie.

Best decision I ever made was to ditch the ergo stand and get this arm. The level of freedom is just perfect. It can hold the cintiq pro 24 easily. If you keep it in the air (not touching the table) it will wobble a bit with the strokes, but not too much, it's pretty bearable. The only minus is the rubber cover on the arm. It collects a lot of dust and it's hard to clean.
