Great product at great price
After reviewing the negative ratings I was concerned with buying this, but after a week of heavy use, I am pleasantly surprised. Great length, not sure why people find it difficult to get the whole way across - if you apply some spray lubricant (sold seperately), it’s just a matter of effort. It lies perfectly flat, so no issue there. One time it slipped a little (pun intended) to one side when my foot came into contact with the edge piece. It’s perfectly wide enough that you don’t slip off, and it rolls up nicely for storage. Good value for the price, very functional, fits the desire use perfectly. I’ll update over time if anything changes but one heck of a workout can be had with this product.

Don't be afraid to order this, glad I did.
I always read reviews before I order things. I read the reviews on this carefully and decided the negative feedback might not apply to me. Years ago I had a rebok slide and loved it. I used it often and over the years it degraded. So 20 years later I'm looking at another Chicago winter where I need a good indoor workout to supplement my spin bike. I remembered the slide and lo and behold here's one reasonably priced on Amazon, shipped and sold by them so if it doesn't work out I can return it. First it came in one day, probably just lucky where I live. Yes it wants to curl because it's been stored in a box, so role it the other way to store it or fold it over for storage so you don't need to roll it. The bag and booties are good and the slide itself is very slick. It needs to be slick or you can't slide. Now, if you have animals, dog hair, floor dust etc., you need to be careful not to transfer this to the board with your booties or by rolling it up. Keep it clean it should stay slick. I am a 5'5" female, 59 years old and very fit. If the board were any more narrow it'd be too narrow. If it were any longer I would probably have difficulty getting myself from one side to the other. A little push off and arm movement is needed, you can lift and twist a knee and get a good ab workout. This is an excellent workout for legs, specifically inner thigh, excellent core, balance and cardio. I recall it will not work well on carpet, so some kind of hard surface is really needed. So I got 45 minutes in on it within an hour of it showing up at the house. Ice storm outside. Very pleased with the purchase, and I will update if I encounter any negative issues. UPDATE: After using this just two times it became difficult to slide. I washed the board and rinsed out the booties and was really surprised how much dust accumulated. Anyway, I have a simple solution to getting the board "like new." Take a piece of waxed paper and rub it on the slide and on the bootie bottoms. Use the bootie bottoms to move the waxed paper. Then very CAREFULLY begin sliding again, super slick. If you've been pushing hard to navigate the entire less slick board, just know the waxed paper will make it "like new" slick again and you won't need to push off as hard to get to the other side. Still very happy in Chicago with another indoor workout option. It's still stupid cold here.

Great so far
I can't speak on durability over time but I've used 2x and it's a great workout. You may be surprised how quickly you tire. The quality is really nice for the cost. Doesn't feel flimsy. Comes with a nice drawstring bag. I definitely feel it in my thighs after using it a few minutes. I tried it on carpet and it's does work but will not stay put on rugs so, as instructed, use on bare floor. On a rug it will shift left or right and you'll find yourself trying to re-adjust it over and over. It has a pad underneath that's sort of like gripping shelf liner that works well to keep the mat in 1 place with minor to no sliding around on bare floor.

Really Good and Really Bad
So, I did but this and returned it in favor of the UltraSlide. Here is why you want to get this and why you want to not get it. Why get it? It's cheap. I mean, it does not get more affordable than this for a slide board. You don't plan on using it more than once, maybe 2x a week, want to go at a slower pace. Easy to store Why not to get it? Not necessarily the best for staying in place or flat. You need to spray with pledge and wipe off either every use or every other. You don't move as fast as say the ultra ide or brrrr which by the way if opting for either just get the ultra and save $100 plus no difference at all. Moving back to this.. Not as fast which is a good thing if not the best balance but need to put a lot more effort in which tens to hurt your knees and hips. Not from working harder but pushing too hard. The ends bunch up if doing lunges, etc. So again great if ever casual but if plan in using it fairly often get the ultraslide. The negative to that one is might take a few weeks till you really get the hang of it very different. Feels very smooth like ice and easier on joints but you need to get used to the balance.

Highly recommend! Five stars!
The SPRI Slide Board is an excellent addition to my home workout gear! The 71" length and 20" width give me plenty of room for smooth, controlled slides, and the end stops are a great touch for safety. The sliding booties are comfortable and work perfectly for the exercises, making it easy to glide without slipping. I also love that it comes with a mesh carrying bag, making it super easy to store and take anywhere. The included exercise guide is a nice bonus, offering a variety of low-impact balance and core workouts. Whether you’re into skating, hockey, or just want a fun way to mix up your routine, this slide board is perfect. Highly recommend! Five stars!

Did not last long.
Did not last. This product is a perfect example of why it is sometimes better to geht higher quality stuff. If you are athletic the plastic sides will not last. They will break off after a couple of uses. If you are tiny it is probably ok.

Lo compré para mi esposo que practica hockey y le fascinó, le ayuda mucho a mejorar su resistencia y fortalecer sus piernas, resbala bien y no ocupa mucho espacio en casa

Easy to set up, the board includes booties that are slick enough to make advanced athletes work hard, but not too slick to scare off those that are new to the drills. Rolls up nice in a travel pack. Love the product and so do my athletes and staff. Great buy. Only caution is that it’s not heavy duty, so don’t expect Olympic athletes to vibe with it. Go make your own in that case.

Slide Board for $66.27 Haven't used a board like this before but I wanted to get this for my son to work his legs to improve his skating stride. The board sticks pretty well on the hardwood floor and it was fun to use. I could feel the stride uses all the same muscles your using when skating. My muscles got a great workout! My son's kind of young, so the boards a little too long for him, so he has to push off a lot harder to get to the other side. Eventually he was able to do it and I can't compare it to other slide boards but for the price I think it works very well. The other specific hockey slide board I was originally looking at was more than quadruple the price. It also comes with a exercise guide which is handy to have. Overall , for the price, it's a great deal. Only thing that could have been better was if they added a couple extra shoes covers.
