It's a great vacuum
So when I make a purchase I tend to read review after review on all options and it really came down to this or a refurb Dyson V8 absolute from another website. I took a shot on this and have used it a couple weeks. I knew it would be able to be returned if need be. I recently replaced most my carpet with hardwood (not the bedrooms) and added couple area rugs. I needed something I could grab quick without having to get out my corded vac. This vacuum works great! Bought the master here are what I think are the pros and cons:Pros:-the batteries last way longer than I thought but i never have had to use the high suction setting. I bough the Master for the extra battery but most time never need it.-it does go under my couch but the vacuum has to be tipped to the side (this is a must with dogs for me)-suction is great for my rugs, picks up all the dog hair pretty well, it will pull the edges up on the rug from the suction on low. My dog chews bones like a cow so she always leaves crumbs and they show up like crazy on my dark rugs. They vac up no problem.-it's lightweight and the switch to keep it on without holding the trigger is nice-the led lights on the front light up every spec of dirt-like the attachments, the soft roller brush works well but not sure if any better than the carpet brush but it seems a lot of companies are moving towards this style of brush for hard floorsCons:- the stand......it is what it is but it doesn't hold all the attachments for the master. It does what it needs to do but just is not as practical as it could be. I have to throw the small power brush and prefilter cleaner on the shelf in my closet. Not a deal breaker though.-I could say the dust cup is small but this is really being overly critical since most are small, I do have to reach up into it sometimes and pull the dog hair but it doesn't bother me.Of course time will tell with quality but for the easy of cleaning it is great. I use it everyday just to hit my rugs and the spots I know dirt/hair collect. It works pretty well on my carpeted areas too, on low, it seems to pick up a lot. I have not pulled out the corded upright since I bought this. Hope this helps, I literally read reviews and watched videos for weeks before buying this (couldn't pull the trigger on a refurb Dyson). I feel like it was a good decision.Tineco make a hanging caddy/stand for this that holds all the attachments and send it to me! Ha!

My wife LOVES this unit! - and for not the reason you would expect!
Let me explain - we've been together for four years now and we have been using an older canister vacuum that she had for vacuuming - I jokingly call it the 'octopus' because with the long hose and retractable cord that seems to be in the 'retract' mode constantly, it is a beast to work with. Now I'm an outdoorsy, man's-man kinda guy - I track a lot of debris in the house from grass clippings and leaf bits to chainsaw chips that ends up on the floors, not to mention the hair that sheds from my adult german shepherd. This has always been a source of irritation to her - she likes a clean house, and I wasn't helping by bringing in dirt after working outside. Now, I really love my wife. Sure, I would pull out the 'octopus' when asked, but I hated using the unit, and thus hated vacuuming. I needed a solution, so after much research into other brands of cordless vacs, I decided upon this one. Wow! What a difference! This thing sucks up dirt and debris like no one's business! It takes my dog's hair right out of our oriental rugs with the LED powerhead attached! It is lightweight - not just for me, but for her too - and it's slim profile and swivel head allow it to reach places the bulky octopus couldn't. It is so convenient to use, I have no hesitation to grab it and do a quick 5 minute sweep of the living areas, empty the basket and put it away. While my wife loves the portability and effectiveness of the unit, she REALLY loves that I actually LIKE to grab it to do a quick clean of the floors. I use this machine as often as my wife does! The 'octopus' was relegated to the basement after the first day of using our Tineco A10 (Master) and has not seen the light of day since. I'm a bit of a stickler for quality, as is my wife who is an engineer, and the construction, fit and finish of this unit and all accessories is top notch. No disappointments for us whatsoever in this purchase. I think it will work for you too.

Meh
I really liked this vacuum for about 10 months. Then despite our regular recommended maintenance on the filters, it lost quite a bit of suction, then the stick snapped off completely from the motor/dustbin. I am currently in back-and-forth emails with the company, they’re not honoring the warranty as quickly as I would like. I have a broken vacuum and I need to vacuum my house. I will update if they follow through. Also FYI, this listing says that the vacuum has a 3 year warranty. They are only honoring a 2 year warranty as per their emails. Honestly in retrospect I wish I‘d bought a better known brand.

Super disappointed
Ive had this product for a little over 7 months and at first it was working great. We made the switch to cordless because our kids kept messing with the cord on our old vacuum. The reviews were 50/50 on this vacuum and i thought i would give it a shot because the price was so much better than the Dyson i had my eye on. I originally thought that the vacuum was great and had a pretty decent suction. Right off the bat one of the batteries wouldnt charge. I contacted customer service and they were great and sent me a replacement battery. We've maintained it exactly as the instructions say. We used the regular suction for small messes and quick sweeps over our hardwoods and used the max suction for over our very low pile carpet just to get all the dog hair up. Now the suction seems to be almost nonexistent and it just blows the dog hair around the vacuum instead of sucking it up. The batteries even after being set to charge are never actually charged. They will light up all three lights like they are fully charged and ready to go but as soon as i go to vacuum i get less than 5 minutes with that battery before it turns red and shuts off. It now takes me 2 to 3 charges to vacuum my very small house. Since im outsidenof the return window im stuck with it.
