I use this product to help my energy levels, since I suffer from an auto-immune disorder, PBC which has heavy fatigue as one of its side effects, and which affect the mitochondria. Previously I was flaking by 2pm and useless for the rest of the day. The first two weeks of using A-LA I was wired until the early hours. This has now settled down and I am able to function through to normal sleep time, barring an afternoon dip for an hour or so. In combination with other anti-oxidants, supplements and diet changes, this has effectively given me my life back. I am quite happy with the quality of these particular tablets, having a combination of both types of A-LA, and the packaging is easy for getting into the letterbox.

As with many supplements, this is a leap of faith hopeful assistance for, in my case, damaged nerves and neuropathic pain due to spinal stenosis. Given it has to be taken long term to help, and I may never definitively know, at worst I will have parted with some money unecessarily, but at best my nerves may heal a little & my pain be reduced. I understand it is prescribed in Germany for neuropathic pain such as that caused by diabetes. That said, I like this flat-packaged brand that fits through your letter box - clever simplicity - and at a reasonable price for the requisite strength. The price is even better if you buy 3 lots at once. The capsules are a bit large, but I have little difficulty swallowing them. I take one twice a day before food. There is no discernible taste. Worth trying, as one of the most highly recommended supplements for neuropathic pain, which is fairly intractable.

Legit makes my tinnitus quieter by a lot. Whenever I run out, the volume change is blatant. Not to say it would help others tinnitus in the same way as it is for me, but I'd definitely say give it a try. Has helped me a ton.

Some improvements in energy levels and digestion were the main things I noticed when taking this.

300 mg tablets give you great control over the daily dose compared to 600mg ones. Recommended.

I take this one times when I need to wake up Cannot have coffee at night time this comes in. I take it and still have a good night rest
