Always fall out
Bought these directly from Padmate rather than from Amazon. I purchased their original earbuds from their kickstarter campaign and was quite happy with them but they would drop the signal occasionally so when these came out and had BT 5.0 capability I bought them right away. I was very happy with the sound quality and Bluetooth performance. I use them mostly for listening while riding my road bike. After a couple of rides one of them fell out of my ear. I thought maybe it was just the way I had insterted it so I was more careful next time and still had a problem. After that, I tried all three of the supplied silicone tips to see if it was a tip size problem - no luck. Finally, a couple of weeks ago one fell out when I was going down a hill at about 30 mph and I couldn't find it. Since PaMu uses the tag line "Never fall out" in the name of the product and since they are marketed as a sports device I thought that maybe they would help me out if I contacted them. No luck. I explained the problem and told them what I had tried and they told me to try what I had explained so I gave up. Note that I never had a problem with the original version but they had a little tab that fits inside the folds in the ear so they seemed to stay in place well. I have since moved on to another brand.

Good sound but on the expensive side with optional wireless charging dongle
Sounds good, easy to pair, light weight and fits well. The leather charging case is luxurious with the blue lights indicafor, however battery life is a bit short. Read the manual and noticed there's an optional wireless charging dongle which you can plug into the micro USB port. Would have been nice if it's included in the box! 80 dollars is not cheap considering there are so many other options out there. Price it more competitively or throw in the wireless charging dongle could make this product more appealing.

pamu scroll true wireless earbuds
My initial reaction to seeing the Pamu Scroll on the web was that the look and quality of the product appeared classy and stylish but loaded with so much technology. When I first received the Pamu Scroll, it far exceeded any expectations that I had when I placed my order. It is wonderfully packaged in a small and effective way. The Pamu Scroll in hand feels great, the combination of leather and metal that wrap the headset/charging case elevate the quality to an entirely new level. The Pamu Scroll was easy to pair and works great, as small as they are the offer clear sound. The size and shape of the charging case make it easy to carry and often find myself playing with it spinning the cylinder in my hand. I like that the case is not obvious and does not look like its holding & charging Bluetooth ear buds. I like that the ear buds themselves are compact and work great. This is actually the second Pamu brand ear buds I have purchased just because I liked the features and look of the Scroll and I continue look forward to their further innovative product releases.

Not worth the money they will cost you more money then there worth.
Do noy buy these headphones since they ship from the USA. But if you want a refund or service you need to send them to China for a refund or service. There return policy does not state this so people assume they got them from the USA and service here. So when you have issues you need to ship them to China. It will cost you about what you paid for them Thats why they are so cheap and do not hold signals or phone calls unless you are perfectly still or you get jumbled music or conversations on your phone. Think about how many people Padmate bribed or paid to tell us how good these pieces of crap are instead of being honest...DO NOT BUY ANY EAR BUDS MADE PADMATE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WORK. Spend at least $100 for a decent pair or ear buds, I paid around $70 and now they are down around $49 on sale...see why you should look somewhere else then from any padmate ear buds...they are all cheap and do not hold up and cost you to much money to get a refunded or serviced since they need to be shipped back to China via international mail which it costs double if not triple to ship normally to the USA...do not buy...SRS

Good product for the price
Sound quality was just so-so... and every time I touch the bud in the ear I accidentally hit a button or something and it disconnects. Not sure it’s a great design. Going to put on a table at work and hope someone else will enjoy them.EDIT: I’ve given them another week. The sound is still a little weak to me - but they fit well in my ear and when making calls the other party hears me well. I am still hitting the buttons accidentally. But that’s maybe being clumsy when adjusting the bud.

Music that sounds like it's coming from my skull
I suppose that's an odd thing to say but I don't know how else to describe it. I bought these through Indiegogo and they finally arrived today. They were charged when I took them out of the case. Pairing was as easy as opening my bluetooth setting and touching the screen to connect. They're completely comfortable, to the point where I'm not even aware of them in my ears, so the music just seems to emanate from the middle of my head. They sound good listening to the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Crosby, Stills & Nash, and Kendrick Lamar. I suppose the real test will be how they hold up over time. If anything changes, I'll modify my review but so far, I have zero complaints.
